An Aug. 17 joint preliminary hearing and pretrial was set in Columbiana County Municipal Court for Nickolas Polin Perez, 26, Firestone Avenue, Columbiana, charged with two counts of receiving stolen property. Perez was allegedly found on Tuesday in a parking lot passed out in a pickup belonging to Robert Peddicord with Peddicord’s unloaded Smith and Wesson Shield pistol in the center console.

An Aug. 17 pretrial was set for Travis Miller, 26, Taylor Road, Negley, charged with domestic violence for allegedly assaulting Malissa Barnett on June 24.

An Aug. 21 pretrial was set for Robert L. Stringer, 64, Warren, cited with driving under suspension, speeding and obstructing official business for allegedly refusing to give police his license, registration and proof of insurance and quoted a Florida Supreme Court case claiming the police would be billed $1,500 per minute for detaining him.

A Sept. 28 pretrial was set for Allison J. Tyson, 20, Wilbert Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with obstructing official business for allegedly preparing a false community service sheet for Tristan Taylor for 75 hours he claimed to have done with the Yellow Creek Grange.

An Oct. 10 pretrial was set for John J. Roberts, 59, McDonald, charged with OVI second offense and a tail lights violation.

An Oct. 2 pretrial was set for Donald J. Williams Jr., Market Street, North Lima, cited with driving under FRA suspension and improper/expired registration.

An Oct. 24 pretrial was set for Ryan M. Hart, 20, Beaver Falls, Pa., cited with underage consumption, OVI first offense and loud exhaust.

A Sept. 14 pretrial was set for Douglas P. Pinkerton, 32, U.S. Route 30, Minerva, cited with driving under suspension, use of unauthorized plate and a seat belt violation.

William Shields, 29, Honey Lane, Leetonia, was fined $130 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension and speeding.

Kyle J. Jerkins, 20, West Main Street, Leetonia, was fines $100 and had his license suspended for a year for possession of marijuana.

Donald D. Wilson, 54, West Pershing Avenue, Salem, was fined $100 and required 20 hours of community service for failure to reinstate a license and left of center.

Gabriel Francis Bray, 28, Freeport, Pa., was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.

Mario T. Ventriquattro, 30, Fort Lauderdale, Fla., was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.

Ryan P. Pater, 32, New Cumberland, W.Va., was fined $50 for littering.

A Sept. 25 pretrial was set for Denise Marie Edmond, 38, Monroeville Heights, Salineville, cited with a non-compliance suspension
