Nicholas Kempf, 25, Foundry Hill Road, Salineville, was fined $100, credited with two days in jail and required 20 hours community service for obstructing official business for giving three different false statements about a burglary which occurred on June 25.

Clay Eells, 38, Elkton Road, Lisbon, was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.

Aubrey R. Yeater, 43, West Pershing Street, Salem, was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from marked lanes.

A driving under suspension citation against Jerrica Marie Fishburn, 27, High Street, Alliance, was dismissed after it was found her license was valid.

James P. Smith, 36, Akron, was fined $100 for speeding.

A Sept. 7 preliminary hearing and pretrial was set in Columbiana County Municipal Court for John A. Carlariello, 58, Cherry Street, Salem. Carlariello is charged with three counts of possession of drugs, two of which are felonies for allegedly having oxycodone and amphetamines on Jan. 19. The pretrial is for a charge of possession of drugs for allegedly having tramadol as well.

An Aug. 15 pretrial was set for Michael N.S. Gibson, 28, Jamestown, charged with public indecency for allegedly exposing himself to an employee at Dollar General in Lisbon while she was working on May 27.

Danny Shultz, 50, Cliff Drive, Salem, was fined $675, required 30 hours community service, sentenced to three days in jail and had his license suspended for 180 days for OVI first offense.

Mauro I. Ramos, 33, South Broadway, Salem, was fined $250, credited with one day in jail and sentenced to an additional 14 days for resisting arrest for becoming combative with police attempting to investigate Ramos alleged involvement in a fight while he was intoxicated.

A Sept. 12 pretrial was set for Keith A. Whorley, 19, Vine Avenue, Salem, charged with assault and criminal damaging. Whorley allegedly went to the Shell Gas Station in Salem on July 27 and assaulted an employee, Jacob Hillyer. During the assault there was damage to the store’s Ohio Lottery Machine.

Stefani Kay Riley, 27, Esther Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $250, had her license suspended for 180 days, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 30 hours community service for reckless operation second offense amended from OVI first offense.

Shawn M. Whitson, 21, 15th Street, Wellsville, was fined $150 and sentenced to 180 days in jail with the balance suspended for domestic violence. Whitson beat up his girlfriend, Casey Howdershelt on July 31.

A domestic violence charge against Stanton C. Brown, 59, Walnut Street, Rogers, was dismissed. He had been accused of pushing Edith Martin against the counter top and stove by her wrists, twisting her wrists and punching her in the ear on April 4.

Joshua J. McFarland, 25, Liberty Street, Salem, was fined $200 and credited with 16 days in jail for obstructing official business and persistent disorderly for being intoxicated, kicking the door of Angel Lake several times, exposing himself and fleeing on foot on July 22.

Christopher D. Conrad, 23, French Street, Damascus, was fined $150 and had his license suspended for 180 days for possession of marijuana.

Leon R. Daugherty, 37, East Washington Street, Lisbon, was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from failure to control.

An Aug. 17 pretrial was set for Richard A. Groff, 33, state Route 45, Salem, charged with theft for allegedly taking hand bags from vehicles parked at Salem Regional Medical Center on Monday.

An Aug. 21 pretrial was set for Shala F. Dailey, 19, Duquesne Street, Columbiana, charged with domestic violence for allegedly harming her sister-in-law, Tifany Dailey on Monday. Tifany Dailey also has an Aug. 21 pretrial for domestic violence for allegedly harming Shala Dailey.

A Sept. 11 pretrial was set for Jason D. Mullins, 33, Liberty Street, Salem, cited with domestic violence for allegedly striking Leah Janci in the nose and pulling a clump of hair from her head on July 30.

An Oct. 19 pretrial was set for Brittany A. Lee, 27, Warren, charged with possession of instruments to ingest/inhale a controlled substance.

James A. Leroux, 32, Toledo, was fined $150 and had her license suspended for 180 days for possession of marijuana and speeding.

Randy A. Martin, 31, Broadway Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $150, credited with a day served in jail and required 30 hours community service for persistent disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence. Martin scuffled with Larry Dean, his father, on July 30.

Benjamin Bailey, 25, Mark Road NE, Kensington, was found not guilty of driving under suspension and was fined costs only for failure to display.

Elias Bonilla, 61, West Fifth Street, Salem, was fined $250 for speeding and lights required

Victor Keith Ardner, 23, Youngstown, was fined $100 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension and expired plates.

Abanquah Forson Ampomah, 34, Akron, was fined $100 for speeding.

Jarod N. Hively, 18, Georgetown Road, Salem, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct.

Russell J. Hetrick, 46, Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, was fined $100 for open container and driving under suspension.
