Lisbon Police Reports

Rorie A. McIntosh, 54, Maple Street, was cited for assured cleared distance after she drove into a stopped vehicle operated by Devin D. Igo, 24, of Cincinnati, on North Beaver Street at 3:19 p.m. Tuesday.

Kiana Howe reported inadvertently leaving her phone at the old train station on South Market Street on Tuesday afternoon and it was gone when she returned two hours later. No phones had been turned in to the police department.

A caller reported two females were going door to door on West Chestnut Street at 3 p.m. June 15. Police found the women and advised they needed to obtain a solicitor’s permit from village hall.

A caller reported a pit bull was running loose on Pritchard Avenue at 4 p.m. Wednesday. Police located the dog and it was friendly and had a shock collar. The officer placed the dog in his cruiser until the owner was located a block away. The owner apologized for his pet getting loose.

Casey Huffman, East Chestnut Street, called at 5:36 p.m. Wednesday because he wanted his wife to leave. She was in the process of leaving the apartment when police arrived. Huffman accused her of taking his Xanax, which she denied. Then she accused him of taking her Suboxone.

Police were called to a North Market Street home at 12:29 a.m. Thursday after a caller reported a person there was threatening to harm himself and he had a shotgun. Police arrived and spoke to the man, who said he was fine and the only weapon in the house was a crossbow.
