A Sept. 6 court trial was set for Anmarie K. Southers, 20, West Line Street, Minerva, charged with possessing a drug abuse instrument, drug paraphernalia and possessing instruments used to ingest or inhale a controlled substance.

A July 6 pretrial was set for Chance J.D. Felton, 19, state Route 164, Salineville, charged with domestic violence.

In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Michelle Lynn Hall, 40, South Green Street, Lisbon, was fined $560, sentenced two days jail, placed on one year probation and required 80 hours community service for driving under suspension, tail light, driving under FRA suspension, speeding and failure to reinstate.

William C. Kislingbury, 23, West Wilson Street, Salem, was fined $250, given credit for one day served, placed on two years probation, required 30 hours community service and ordered to pay $11.39 in restitution to Salem Giant Eagle for theft.

Edward Altenburg, 42, state Route 45, Leetonia, was sentenced 85 days jail for probation violation on prohibitions concerning companion animals charge.

James Lopez Cecena, 32, West Third Street, Salem, was fined $50 for no operator’s license.

James P. McIntire, 53, Amsterdam, Ohio, was fined $150 for lighted lights required.

Arthur J. Gingher, 46, Petersburg, Ohio, misuse of credit cards and theft cases bound over to county common pleas court.

Steven L. Walker, 36, West Salem Street, Columbiana, was fined $250, placed on two years probation and required 40 hours community service for making false alarms.

Jessica Kislingbury, 35, West Wilson Street Salem, was fined $300, given credit for one day served, placed on two years probation and required 30 hours community service for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Kyle Smith, 58, Eagleton Road, Lisbon, was fined $100 for speeding.

Alex W. Sheppard, 28, Sebring, was fined $220 and had his driver’s license suspended 180 days for possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana paraphernalia and turn signal.

Kenneth J. Adams, 28, East Fourth Street, Salem, was fined $50 for no operator’s license.

Shaina M. Blake, 33, Alliance, was fined $35 for no operator’s license.

Charles A. Vangiesen, 50, Sherman Street, Lisbon, was fined $250, sentenced nine days jail, paced on two years probation and required 25 hours community service for public indecency.

Nicholas S. Faulk, 27, Independence Square, Wellsville, was fined $100 and had his driver’s license suspended 180 days for possession of marijuana, driving under suspension and turn signal.

Nicholas R. Baker, 39, Georgetown Road, Salem, was fined $200 and had his driver’s license suspended 180 days for possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

Bobby Allen Bernstein Jr., 25, Stewart Road, Salem, was fined $50 for speeding.

An Aug. 24 pretrial was set for Robert J. Lutman, 41, Leetonia Road, Leetonia, charged with possession of instruments to ingest or inhale a controlled substance.

A July 18 probable cause hearing was set for Robert J. Daugherty, 22, West State Street, Salem, charged with OVI first offense, seat belt and failure to control.

An Aug. 22 pretrial was set for Stephanie J. Chrystal, 36, Cleveland Street, Salem, charged with domestic violence.

An Aug. 28 probation violation hearing was set for Jill E. Silliman, 39, Overlook Drive, Salem, charged with reckless operation, turn signals, and driving under suspension/restriction.

An Aug. 15 pretrial was set for Diovanny Duran, 24, East Fifth Street, Salem, charged with domestic violence and criminal damaging or endangering.

A June 29 probation violation hearing was set for Reagan M. Duck, 20, Main Street, Wellsville, charged with theft.

A July 13 extradition hearing was set for Joe B. Hamm, 36, Lindenhurst, N.Y., charged with fugitive from justice. A pretrial was also set for July 13 for driving under suspension and traffic control devices charges.

A July 6 pretrial was set for Chance J.D. Felton, 19, state Route 164, Salineville, charged with domestic violence.

A July 24 review hearing was set for Joseph M. Smith, 31, Fair Avenue, Salem, charged with possession of drug abuse instrument.

An Aug. 8 pretrial was set for Jarod N. Hively, 18, Georgetown Road, Salem, charged with disorderly conduct.

A June 29 pretrial was set for Kimberly I. Edie, 24, East Fourth Street, Salem, charged with endangering children and drug paraphernalia.
