In Municipal Court Thursday, Shayn A. Stewart, 28, Washington Street, Salem, was fined $150, sentenced to 30 days, suspended, and placed on probation two years for prohibitions. For disorderly conduct/intoxication, Stewart was fined $100.
Jodye R. Hornbeck, 54, Lisbon Street, was fined $250, sentenced to 30 days, 25 suspended and placed on probation two years for obstructing justice.
Susan R. English, 58, state Route 518, Lisbon, was fined $150, sentenced to 30 days, 28 suspended, and placed on probation two years for disorderly conduct.
Dana A. Flaherty, 19, Birch Road, was fined $250, sentenced to 60 days, 55 suspended, received a one-year license suspension and was placed on probation two years for speeding, seventh offense. Flaherty was given 31 hours of community service in lieu of the fine.
Sentencing was scheduled March 2 for Michael Moninger, 34, Braddock Lane, Chester, W.Va., who pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct/intoxication.
Eric T. Martin, 38, Smithfield Street, was fined $475, sentenced to 90 days, 87 suspended, had his license suspended 180 days, and was placed on probation three years for OVI. He was fined $150, sentenced to 180 days, 175 suspended, and placed on probation three years for domestic violence and was fined $100 for reckless operation.
James A. Moore, 28, Princeton Avenue, was fined $750 for driving under suspension, third offense. For no turn signal, he was fined $30.
Rudy S. Lang, 20, homeless, was sentenced to 30 days, each, for possession of drug abuse instruments, second offense, and criminal trespass.
Brenston T. Thompkins, 21, St. George Street, was sentenced to 45 days for a seventh theft charge.
Pretrials were scheduled for Danielle M. Mercer, 22, Market Street, charged with prohibitions concerning companion animals, abandoning animals and assault, Feb. 21; and for Desiree L. Browning, 32, W. Summit Lane, charged with endangering children, March 30.
