In Columbiana County Municipal Court, David W. Berta, 50, West Main Street, Salineville, was fined $150, sentenced to one day jail, placed on two years probation and required 20 hours community service for theft.
Debra M. Looman, 64, Salineville Road, Carrollton, was fined $75 for equipment violation.
Scott Dean, 32, East Fourth Street, Salem, was fined $150 for drug abuse.
Cody W. Farnsworth, 29, Kensington Road, Carrollton, was fined $300, placed on one year probation and required 30 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension and failure to display valid sticker.
David S. Earich, 21, Columbia Street, Leetonia, was fined $50 for speeding.
Daniel J. Jackson, 34, Continental Drive, Salem, carrying concealed weapon, fourth degree felony, case bound over to the county grand jury. According to court documents, Jackson was found by a county sheriff’s deputy seated in a running vehicle with a black handgun on the passenger seat while at a home in the 400 block of South Lincoln Avenue on Nov. 22. Jackson told the deputy the gun was for his protection.
Fernando Hernandez Gutierez, 20, Cleveland Street, Salem, was fined $100 for no operator’s license and reckless operation.
Benjamin R. Phillips, 41, East State Street, Salem, was fined $100 and sentenced 90 days jail and placed on two years probation for violating a temporary protection order.
Terry W. Miller, 39, Orchard Grove Street, East Liverpool, notice of residence address change case dismissed without prejudice due to the fact that defendant has been indicted directly.
Chelsea R. Faloba, 28, Lisbon Road, Salem, was fined $300 for driving under suspension/restriction and speeding.
Kiersten Lanzo, 22, Struthers, was fined $150 for equipment violation.
A Jan. 9 pretrial was set for Kyle D. Merriman, 27, Cricket Lane, East Liverpool, charged with OVI second offense, seat belt and failure to control.
A Dec. 12 pretrial was set for John R. Mohr, 32, West Fifth Street, Salem, charged with domestic violence.
A Jan. 9 bond hearing was set for Dewaylon R. Bruton, 30, Youngstown, charged with driving under FRA suspension, knowingly obtain, possess or use a controlled substance and obstructing official business.
A Dec. 8 probable cause hearing was set for Adam L. Lodge, 25, Boston Street, Washingtonville, charged with complicity to commit theft.
A Feb. 13 pretrial was set for Michael J. Pierre Jr., 30, Rose Avenue, Salem, charged with driving under FRA suspension.
