Sean Chappell, 34, Union Street, Columbiana, was fined $275 and required 25 hours community service for failure to reinstate a license and a tail light violation.

Joshua J. Gabrick, 20, Poland, was fined $250, required to attend a three-day counseling program, had his license suspended for six months and ordered 30 hours community service for reckless operation amended from OVI first offense.

Kevin A. Gregory, 26, Pancake Clarkson Road, Negley, was fined $150 and had his license suspended for six months for possession of marijuana. A possession of instruments to ingest/inhale controlled substances citation was dismissed.

Stephanie M. Napoli, 30, Louisville, was fined $115 for no license, a seat belt violation and a child restraint violation.

Brittani S. Price, 30, West Main Street, Washingtonville, was fined $100 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension.

John Walsh, 23, Lexington Avenue, Salem, was fined $100 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension.

A Dec. 15 pretrial was set for Nicole Swagger, 30, Macklin Road, New Waterford, cited with OVI first offense and traffic control devices.

A Jan. 5 pretrial was set for Steven L. Shaffer, 33, West Wilson Street, Salem, cited with OVI first offense, operating a motor vehicle without a license and a stop sign violation.

A Jan. 23 pretrial was set for Dustin J. Graham, 24, Stewart Road, Salem, cited with hit skip/leave scene and failure to control.

A Jan. 24 pretrial was set for Sean Leon, 42, Niles, cited with driving under suspension and wearing earphones or earplugs while driving.

A Jan. 26 pretrial was set for William G. McGuckin, 42, West Main Street, New Waterford, cited with OVI first offense, hit skip/leave scene and a stop sign violation.

A domestic violence charge against C. Glenn Walters, 48, New Middletown, was dismissed due to evidentiary problems, but may be refiled. Walters was charged with beating his father in the parking lot of the 7 and 14 Truck Stop on June 6.

Brad E. Kasunich, 33, Union Street, Columbiana, was fined $250, sentenced to 30 days in jail and ordered to get dangerous dog insurance for a charge of confinement/restraint of dog required. According to court documents, three of his dogs were running the neighborhood on March 3 and one bit a 14-year-old child. This was the third time Kasunich was cited for his dogs escaping the enclosure and the court will still determine if the dog which bit should be put down.

James E. Peck Jr., 35, Olive Street, Salem, was fined $250, credited with a day in jail, had his license suspended for six months and required 30 hours community service for disorderly conduct and possession of instruments to ingest/inhale controlled substances. In the early hours Monday, Peck was reportedly was pounding on doors, causing a disturbance, using obscene language in the street and lunged in an aggressive manner at police. A drug paraphernalia was then found.

Desmon C. Ford, 41, Canton, was fined $250 and required 30 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Amber Smith, 24, Farr Street, Rogers, was fined $250 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Antonio Dicristofaro, 48, Youngstown, was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.

Mark P. Powell, 43, Macklin Road, New Waterford, was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.
