Dominic M. Dean, 25, Alliance, was northbound on state Route 45 and hit a deer.

Cory M. Haueter, 30, Richey School Road, Hanoverton, was southbound on state Route 164 in Wayne Township at 10:45 a.m. Thursday and went off the right side into a telephone junction box, a utility pole guy wire and an embankment before crossing Spring Valley Road and coming to rest in a field. He was cited for failure to control.

Bernard Lee Clutter Jr., 28, Cunningham Road, Salem, was driving south on state Route 45 in Salem Township at 6:45 a.m. Monday and his vehicle caught fire. Clutter was able to pull the vehicle off the south side of the road and get out with no injuries. No citations were issued.

Matthew Tyler Bowen, 20, Alliance, was southbound on Main Street in Hanoverton at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 23 and was struck by Margaret M. Frost, 82, Canal Street, Hanoverton, who was west on Lisbon Street and pulled from a stop sign. Frost was cited for right of way.

Mandy L. Salsberry, 34, Sherrodsville, was northbound on Homeworth Road in Knox Township at 3:50 a.m. Sunday and went off the left side into a ditch. She was cited for failure to control.

Jeral R. Johnson, 79, Girard, was southbound on state Route 11 in Fairfield Township at 5:18 p.m. Saturday and hit a deer.

Matthew Robert Ayers, 25, North Howard Avenue, Salem, was northbound on Howard Avenue in Salem at 11:10 p.m. Nov. 23 and struck a parked unoccupied vehicle owned by Brian Keith Adams, West Eighth Street, Salem, that was on the south side of Howard Avenue. After impact, Adams’ vehicle was then pushed into a parked unoccupied vehicle owned by Karl E. Schwab, Canfield. Ayers was cited for failure to control and taken by ambulance to St. Elizabeth Hospital with serious injuries.
