Jason M. Herman, 42, Youngstown, was northbound on state Route 11 at 4:09 a.m. Tuesday when he struck and killed a deer.
Alec J. Hamling, 32, Railroad Street, Kensington, was eastbound on state Route 172 in West Township at 3 a.m. Sunday and went off the right side and back onto the road and overturned. He was cited for failure to control.
Kyle D. Merriman, 27, Cricket Lane, East Liverpool, was westbound on Carmel Achor Road in Middleton Township at 10:40 p.m. Friday and went off the right side over an embankment and overturned. He was cited for failure to control.
Matthew David Roll, 20, West Spruce Street, Lisbon, was southbound on Fairfield School Road in Fairfield Township at 3 p.m. Wednesday and failed to yield at a stop sign and struck Richard T. Birkhimer, 58, Aurora Road, Salineville, who was westbound on state Route 517. Roll was cited for stop sign and Birkhimer was taken to the SRMC with possible injuries.
Rebecca K. Rea, 55, Gavers Road, Hanoverton, was northbound on Depot Road in Salem Township at 4 p.m. Thursday and was struck by William G. McGuckin, 42, West Main Street, New Waterford, who was westbound on Salem Grange Road in Salem Township at 4 p.m. Thursday. After impact, Mcguckin went off the right side into a pole and then fled. McGuckin was cited for stop sign, OVI and hit-skip.
William B. Moore, 76, East High Street, Lisbon, was southbound on state Route 45 in Salem Township at 4 p.m. Thursday and hit a deer.
