Columbiana County Common Pleas

Kyle C. Taylor, 45, Aliquippa, Pa., pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to two counts of possession of drugs. Sentencing is set for Feb. 17. On Nov. 9, 2013, Taylor had about 63.4 grams of cocaine and 4.9 grams of heroin. Taylor is facing up to 12 and a half years in prison, a $25,000 fine and a five-year license suspension if all counts can run consecutively.

Antonio J. Martinez Jr., 23, Lorain, was sentenced to six months in prison and had his license suspended for six month after he stipulated to violating his probation for previous convictions of possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia for heroin and a digital scale with traces of cocaine on it on Jan. 23, 2015.

Glenn E. Earich Jr., 63, address unknown, was sentenced to 18 months in prison for gross sexual imposition and domestic violence. He will be considered a Tier I sex offender, required to annually verify his residence for the next 15 years. Between March 27 and April 7, Earich harmed a family member or household member and caused her to submit by force.

Michael P. Esenwein, 31, Crestview Road, Leetonia, was sentenced to nine months for two counts of possession of drugs for heroin in both July and December of 2015.

Zachary A. Kenst, 24, Arch Street, Salem, pleaded guilty to illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs having lithium and muriatic acid, along with other items needed to manufacture meth inside a backpack on Dec. 27, 2015. He faces up to three years in prison, a $10,000 fine and a five-year license suspension. Sentencing is set for Feb. 13.

Christopher Steele, 30, New Garden Avenue, Salem, pleaded guilty to three counts of trafficking in drugs. He faces up to three years in prison, a $7,500 and a five-year license suspension. Sentencing is set for Feb. 13. Steele sold cocaine to a confidential informant for $150 each time on three different dates in June and July 2015.
