St. Clair Township Police Reports
Dispatched to Taco Bell for a man begging for money, officers saw the suspect vehicle and noted the plates returned to Travis Lowther, whose license is under suspension for OVI. The vehicle was stopped, and when reminded his license is suspended, Lowther told the officer he has driving privileges for work. He was told that means he is allowed to drive to and from work only, but Lowther had been to Taco Bell, his friend’s home on Sprucevale Road and Giant Eagle. He was cited for driving under suspension and his vehicle was towed. Lowther called his friend, Brian Elliott, to come pick him up, but officers determined Elliott’s license was also suspended and he was cited for driving under suspension and his vehicle was also towed.
Officers responded to Echo Dell Mobile Home Park for a report of shots fired, but a check of the area turned up nothing.
Officers were called to Beaver Local Schools for a juvenile issue, with no other details reported.
