Salineville Police Reports

While on patrol around 5:17 p.m. Thursday, an officer was advised to meet with Police Chief Matt Devlin at the B and K Beverage on West Main Street. Upon arrival, Devlin stood outside the main entrance with a man, identified as Derrick Salisbury, who had an active warrant from the Columbiana County Sheriff’s office for failure to appear, verified by Lisbon dispatch. Salisbury was taken into custody and transported to a designated pick-up location. After arriving at that location, Salisbury was turned over to a Sheriff’s deputy and taken to the county jail.

Police were called during the day Saturday to an East Main Street residence following a report of domestic violence. Charges have been filed against the unnamed suspect.

Police were called around 6:20 p.m. Saturday to a North Street home regarding a custody disagreement between Rachel Blackwood and Devon Parrish. According to reports, Devon Parrish was getting his children while Angel Parrish, who has a protection order against her, showed up at Blackwood’s home. Angel Parrish was taken into custody and cited for violation of a protection order.
