Lisbon Village Police
A caller reported seeing someone on the roof of Morgan’s Drug Store at 2:29 p.m. Sunday. The caller, Richard Thomas, saw a man on a bicycle park his bike and climb the chimney to the roof, but there was no bike, nor did the police see anyone on the roof.
Police discovered some of the the pavilion lights were broken at Willow Grove Park at 9:55 p.m. Sunday. There were also candles on the picnic table and on the pavilion floor, along with a partially burnt piece of paper that had Satan written on it and another paper with instructions on how to call on Satan.
Chasity Kaufam reported there may be someone outside their home on Sherman Street at 12:45 a.m. Thursday. Police did not find anyone around.
Police were called by Dick Byron-Smithos to a Pendleton Street home in regard to a custody dispute at 12:35 p.m. Saturday. The officer told the father this was a civil matter that needed addressed in court.
A barking dog complaint at the corner of North Jefferson and Jerome streets was received at 1 p.m. Saturday. The officer was unable to locate the property owner.
Kayleena L. Smith, 19, West Clark Street, East Palestine, pulled in front of another vehicle, operated by Christopher W. Crum, 22, Kountz Avenue, Wellsville, resulting in an accident on North Market Street at 7:17 a.m. Sunday.
Lane Ferrell of Dallas, W.Va., pulled in front of another vehicle, operated by Jacob D. Everly, 17, resulting in an accident on state Route 154 at the BP station at 5:40 p.m. Sunday. Both were taken by ambulance to a local hospital with non-incapacitating injuries.
