In Municipal Court Monday, Terry Lee Chain, 50, Lincoln Avenue, was fined $250 and sentenced to 30 jail days for disorderly conduct/intoxication. For public intoxication, he was fined $150. Judge Melissa Byers Emmerling noted she imposed the maximum sentence in this case, which involved Chain attempting to set his apartment building on fire.
Kenneth B. Devore III, 19, St. Clair Avenue, was fined $500 and sentenced to four days for driving under suspension, fourth offense.
Dustin L. Wilbert, 23, Clark Street, was fined $75 for no operator’s license.
Donna J. Potts, 27, Wilbert Avenue, was fined $250 for no operator’s license and $30 for expired plates, with a fictitious plates charge dismissed. A pretrial was scheduled Dec. 29 for Potts on charges of theft, fourth offense, and possession of marijuana, with a second count of possession of marijuana and a criminal tools charge each dismissed.
Timothy A. Maple, 44, Echo Dell Road, was fined $150 for possession of marijuana.
Charlene M. Peace, 28, North Shady Lane, was fined $250 for no operator’s license.
Donald L. McKenzie, 28, Trentvale Street, was fined $250 for driving under suspension.
Cain D. Maxwell, 35, St. Clair Avenue, was fined $30 for no plates.
Pretrials were scheduled for Conner J. Hall, 19, Sprucevale Road, charged with failure to control, Dec. 21; Martin R. Obenour, 52, Michigan Avenue, domestic violence, Dec. 1; Anthony R. Wagoner, 36, Cadmus Street, failure to comply with a police officer order, resisting arrest, obstructing official business driving under suspension and no turn signal, Dec. 21; Rebecca N. Roth, 26, Michigan Boulevard, Salem, passing bad checks, two counts, Dec. 29; Ruth A. Yost, 28, Wilbert Avenue, petty theft, Dec. 22; Nathan L. Bayless, 36, Wilbert Avenue, complicity to petty theft, Dec. 22; and Robin J. Molnar, 33, Lincoln Avenue, theft, Dec. 1.
