In Municipal Court Thursday, Tyler E. Fullerton, 22, Walnut Street, was sentenced to 60 days in jail for his sixth theft offense. He was not fined.
Martin F. Schwartz, 56, Ceramic Street, was fined $50 for disorderly conduct/intoxication.
Michael J. Stacy, 27, Maple Avenue, Wellsville, was bound over to county Common Pleas Court on a burglary charge, with a disorderly conduct/intoxication charge also transferred along with the felony charge. Cash/surety bond was set at $150,000 and he was ordered to have no contact with Woodland Hills or Miranda Forbes.
Ikeima D. Abercrombie, 29, Wilbert Avenue, was bound over to county Common Pleas Court for burglary, with a charge of obstructing official business transferred to the same court along with the felony charge. Cash/surety bond of $150,000 was set, and she was ordered to have no contact with Woodland Hills or Miranda Forbes.
A second pretrial was scheduled Nov. 23 for Michael W. Quinn, 41, Valley Avenue, charged with two counts of disorderly conduct/intoxication, resisting arrest and obstructing official business.
A pretrial was scheduled Dec. 29 for Chad E. Ratliff, 44, High Street, Salineville, charged with driving under suspension, furnishing false information and unsafe vehicle.
