In Municipal Court Thursday, Katrina L. Willis, 45, Jefferson Street, Salineville, was fined $250, sentenced to 30 days, 20 suspended, and placed on probation two years for driving under suspension. She was assigned 31 hours of community service in lieu of the fine.

Ashley R. Kent, 29, Broadway, Wellsville, was sentenced to 20 jail days for petty theft.

Dustin T. Whaley, 21, Ravine Street, was fined $200 and sentenced to two days in jail for obstructing official business.

Hilary J. Batenburg, 35, Rayland, was fined $200, sentenced to 180 days, 150 suspended and placed on probation three years for possession of drugs. She was sentenced to two jail days and had her license suspended 180 days for possession of drug instruments. For possession of drug paraphernalia, she was fined $150 and had her license suspended 180 days. For OVI, she was fined $475, sentenced to 60 days, 54 suspended, had her license suspended 180 days and was placed on probation three years. For a stop sign violation, she was fined $30, and a marked lanes violation was dismissed.

A domestic violence charge was amended to disorderly conduct against Lisa R. Orin, 46, Irish Ridge Road, who was fined $150, sentenced to 30 days, 27 suspended and placed on probation two years.

Kelly A. Morris, 40, 10th Street, Wellsville, was fined $200, sentenced to 30 days, 26 suspended and placed on probation two years for petty theft. For criminal trespass, she was fined $200, and a possession of criminal tools charge was dismissed.

James E. McKahan, 37, Lantern Street, was fined $150 and sentenced to 20 days for possession of drug instruments. For drug paraphernalia offenses, he was fined $100 and had his license suspended 180 days.

Brandee L. Howell, 40, Beech Street, Wellsville, was fined $150, sentenced to 10 days and had her license suspended 180 days for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Two counts of domestic violence were dismissed against Clarence J. McKinnon, 49, Sophia Street, with the alleged victim’s whereabouts unknown.

A jury trial was set Jan. 19 for Aaron N. Francis, 30, Huston Road, charged with criminal trespass and obstructing official business.
