In Municipal Court Tuesday, two of three people appeared in connection to a horse reportedly discovered in emaciated condition on Calcutta-Smith Ferry Road. Second arraignments were set Nov. 8 for Rancy M. Martinez, 27, and Angel F. Marshall, 28, both of Echo Dell Road, on charges of cruelty to animals. Recognizance bond of $15,000 was set for each, and each was ordered not to possess any horses. The third person charged is expected to appear in court today.

Jonathan J. Brletich, 29, West Street, Wellsville, was fined $250, sentenced to 180 days, 135 suspended, and placed on probation two years for petty theft. He was ordered to make restitution of $730.43 to Advanced Auto.

Bud N. Hull Sr., 37, W. Ninth Street, was fined $250 and sentenced to 30 days for domestic violence and was fined $150 for disorderly conduct/intoxication.

Jena M. Smith, 27, Alton Street, was fined $75 for driving under suspension and $65 for failure to control.

Rickey Anderson, Steubenville, was fined $30 for no turn signal.
