A Dec. 1 preliminary hearing was set in Columbiana County Municipal Court for Terry W. Miller, 39, last known address Orchard Grove Street, East Liverpool, charged with failure to provide authorities with a notice of address change.
A Dec. 1 preliminary hearing was set for David Wayne Harmon, 35, Camelot Drive, Columbiana, charged with failure to comply for allegedly refusing to stop for the Highway Patrol on state Route 154 in Rogers on Nov. 5 instead driving across the Pennsylvania state line.
A Dec. 1 preliminary hearing was set for Daniel J. Jackson, 34, Continental Drive, Salem, charged with carrying a concealed weapon for allegedly having a handgun on the passenger seat of the running vehicle he was sitting in on South Lincoln Nov. 22.
A Dec. 1 preliminary hearing was set for Andrew Lee Abston, 26, Main Street, Leetonia, charged with receiving stolen property for allegedly pawning stolen jewelry at Downtown Jewels and Gems in Salem starting on Sept. 23 and continuing through Oct. 20, items valued at $4,825 total.
William McMillan, 23, Scroggs Road, Lisbon, was bound over to the grand jury on a domestic violence charge for allegedly assaulting Valerie Bowers and stopping her from leaving a home on Nov. 15.
Loren C. Webb, 38, Cleveland, was bound over to the grand jury on a possession of cocaine charge for allegedly having the drug in his car during a traffic stop on Nov. 8.
n A Dec. 5 preliminary hearing was set for Levenia P. Clinkscales, 45, Youngstown, charged with passing bad checks for allegedly putting a $5,000 down payment on a vehicle at Salem Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge in April with a check which bounced for insufficient funds.
Gloria E. Lykens, 26, state Route 154, Negley, was fined $905, sentenced to 13 days in jail, had her license suspended for six months and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense, furnishing false information and failure to control. A second charge of failure to control was dismissed.
Rosendo Onate Melendez, 62, Ohio Avenue, Salem, was fined $1,025, had his license suspended for 180 days, required 70 hours community service and ordered to attend a three-day counseling program for OVI first offense, no license, assured clear distance and failure to control.
Robert H. Clark III, 66, Trinity Church Road, Lisbon, was fined $725, had his license suspended for 180 days, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and assured clear distance.
Ryan Robert Holzer, 27, Hickorycrest Street NE, Alliance, was fined $705, had his license suspended for six months, required attendance at a three-day counseling program and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and failure to control.
Brandon A. Gibson, 27, Elberon Avenue, Salem, was fined $300, required 20 hours community service, credited with a day served in jail and sentenced to two additional days for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Gibson refused to listen to police and return to his home, instead continually swearing at police and others on July 3.
Pedro Ceto, 29, Dover, was fined $280 and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension and speeding.
