In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Curtis D. Holland, 20, West Fourth Street, East Liverpool, was bound over to the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury on an aggravated robbery charge. Holland was one of two men at My Bar on Nov. 11, who allegedly robbed Jerrell Jeter at gunpoint.
Eric D. Harsh, 34, Warren, and his wife, Katrina D. Harsh, 38, Warren, were both bound over to the grand jury. Eric Harsh is charged with receiving stolen property, having weapons while intoxicated and trafficking in drugs. He is alleged to having a loaded Smith and Wesson 9mm handgun, which was reported stolen from Youngstown, along with both crack cocaine and heroin in the vehicle which he admitted to selling on Nov. 11. Katrina Harsh is charged with trafficking in drugs charge as she was the passenger in the vehicle and allegedly was participating in the sale of the drugs.
Trevor J. Messersmith, 19, Riffle Road, New Waterford, waived his right to an extradition hearing so he can be returned to Pennsylvania where he faces a burglary charge.
Anthony Crumpton, 30, Columbus, was fined $250, required to pay $372 in restitution to Heather Rice and sentenced to 180 days in jail for assault. Crumpton grabbed Rice by the throat, choked her, threw her to the ground, punched her, kicked her, pulled handfuls of hair out and dragged her through the briars on April 28, 2015.
Brian L. Gallina, 52, Ridge Road, East Rochester, was fined $250 and required 30 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for yelling at Shelley Galina and ripping her glasses off her face on Sept. 24.
Charles A. Slocum Jr., 24, Brookfield Avenue, Lisbon, was fined $250 and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Jesse R. Gamble, 26, Garfield Avenue, East Palestine, was fined $250 and required 15 hours community service for driving under suspension.
William C. Huddleston Jr., 37, East Sixth Street, Salem, was fined $250 and required 10 hours community service for failure to reinstate a license.
Courtney Orr, 25, Speidel Road, East Rochester, was fined $500, credited with a day in jail and required 65 hours community service for driving under suspension and disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for strangling and threatening to kill her mother on May 9.
Terriann J. McFarland, 51, West Pidgeon Road, Salem, was fined $250 for driving under suspension.
Christine Burns, 26, East Adams Street, East Palestine, was fined $250 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension.
John Wooley, 41, Silliman Street, New Waterford, was fined $250, required 30 hours community service and credited with a day in jail for theft for shoplifting a Craige tower speaker system with LED lights from Dollar General in New Waterford on Nov. 6.
Derrick J. Salsberry, 34, West Main Street, Salineville, was fined $250 for driving under suspension.
Kathryn A. Simms, 27, West 14th Street, Salem, was fined $250, sentenced to three days in jail and required 30 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Christie M. Felger, 32, West Main Street, Washingtonville, was fined $250, credited with two days in jail and required 30 hours community service for theft for attempting to shoplift $84 in merchandise from the Salem Walmart on Oct. 9.
Jerry L. Mathes, 45, Woodland Drive, Columbiana, was fined $200 for violation of chapter, rules or conditions prohibited for failing to correct a sewage issue as directed by the Columbiana County General Health District.
David D. Sayre, Poland, was fined $150 for lighted lights amended from speeding.
Charity M. Custer, 45, Newcomerstown, was fined $150 and required 20 hours community service for speeding.
Vincent S. Thomas Jr., 29, Youngstown, was fined $100 for speeding.
Stephen L. Nelder, was fined $100 and required 40 hours community service for animals running loose.
A Jan. 5 pretrial was set for David E. McEntegart, 37, Youngstown, charged with OVI first offense, speeding and marked lanes.
A Jan. 5 pretrial was set for Laura C. Blake, 50, West Third Street, Salem, cited with driving under suspension.
A Jan. 19 pretrial was set for Jonathan M. McGuigan, 38, Ravenna, cited with driving under suspension and speeding.
