In Columbiana County Municipal Court Gary P. Schnarrenberger, 46, Carmel Achor Road, Rogers, was fined $775, sentenced three days jail, placed on two years probation, required 30 hours community service and had his driver’s license suspended six months for OVI first offense and assured clear distance.
Brant L. Matz, 18, Homeworth Road, Homeworth, was fined $150 for transfer registration of vehicle.
Deirdre E. Steiginga, 50, Walnut Grove Lane, New Waterford, was fined $350, placed on one year probation and required 10 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension and equipment violation.
Jeffrey Hochadel, 52, Southridge Drive, Salem, was fined $100 for equipment violation.
Christopher P. Jennings Jr., 23, West Pershing Street, Salem, was fined $250, sentenced four days jail, placed on two years probation and required 30 hours community service for theft.
Joshua P. Robb, 28, Rural Lane, East Liverpool, was fined $300, placed on one year probation and required 35 hours community service for two counts driving under suspension.
Timothy R. Boughton, 66, South Union Avenue, Salem, was fined $100 for wrongful entrustment.
Nathan V. Schultz, 23, South Washington Street, East Palestine, was fined $200 for possession of drugs and possession of instruments used to ingest or inhale a controlled substance.
Franco Ortiz Francisco, 41, East Pershing Street, Salem, was fined $74 for no driver’s license.
Brian Smith, 40, Alliance, was fined $250, given credit for one day served, placed on two years probation and required 30 hours community service for persistent disorderly conduct.
Heather Fisher, 39, Canton Street, East Liverpool, was fined $250, placed on one year probation and required 40 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension.
William T. Kindle, 24, state Route 45, Lisbon, was fined $550 for driving under FRA suspension and tail lights.
David S. Corey, 31, Main Street, Wintersville, was fined $200 for possession or use of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
