A Nov. 17 preliminary hearing and pretrial were set in Columbiana County Municipal Court for Colt A. Heddy, 43, East Chestnut Street, Lisbon, charged with a felony assault charge and disorderly conduct for allegedly striking an RN, Steve Kurelko, in the cheek and refusing to cooperate with hospital personnel at the Salem Regional Medical Center on Nov. 9.
A Nov. 21 preliminary hearing and pretrial were set for Eric D. Harsch, 34, Warren, charged with trafficking in drugs, having weapons while under a disability, receiving stolen property, operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, restricted tinted glass and a seat belt violation. Harsch allegedly had crack and heroin packaged for distribution as well as a loaded stolen handgun on the back seat of his vehicle when he has a felony conviction.
A Dec. 1 pretrial was set for Benjamin O’Brien Armstead, 24, Canton, charged with failure to comply, driving under FRA suspension, reckless operation, speeding, traffic control devices and improper or expired registration for allegedly failing to stop for Columbiana police on Nov. 12, traveling on state Route 164 at a high rate of speed and crashing in Beaver Township.
Richie L. Burton, 50, state Route 45, Lisbon, was fined $1,050, credited with a day served in jail, sentenced to an additional 14 days in jail, required 40 hours community service and had his license suspended for three years for OVI first offense and disorderly conduct amended from violating a temporary protection order for going to Gretta Burton’s place of employment to ask her for money on Aug. 13.
Bryan Michael Martin, 29, North Sumner Street, East Palestine, was fined $905, sentenced to three days in jail, had his license suspended for six months and required 30 hours community service for OVI second offense and failure to control.
Chelsea R. Ellis, 24, Garrison Avenue, Alliance, was fined $700, credited with three days served, sentenced to an additional three days in jail and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and a lane violation.
Jason W. Barnes, 43, North Middle Street, Columbiana, was credited with 73 days served in jail and fined $300 for assault, menacing and criminal damaging. Barnes came into a home without permission, threatened to punch Lindsay Bosel’s teeth down her throat and grabbed Amanda Garreston by her face and neck on May 29.
Craig D. Diehl, 49, Franklin Avenue, Salem, was fined $250, sentenced to three days in jail and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Matthew Ham, 55, South Elm Street, Columbiana, was fined $250 for a zoning violation with the entire fine suspended provided he comply with the zoning code within 30 days. He erected a fence in violation of the height restrictions.
Thomas D. Ferry, 55, Newton Falls, was fined $250 and required 25 hours community service for telephone harassment for continuing to contact Rene Funkhouser in September after he was told to stop.
Katrina Willis, 45, Jefferson Street, Salineville, was fined $250 and required 30 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Jacob A. Carter, 18, Buck Road, Beloit, was fined $200, required 40 hours community service and sentenced to 40 days in jail for theft for taking a revolver from the home of Sharon Weyandt on Oct. 1. A vandalism charge for repeatedly kicking a deputies cruise was dismissed.
Rachel J. George, 38, U.S. Route 62, Salem, was fined $200, credited with 50 days in jail, required 30 hours community service and had her license suspended for a year for possession of a drug abuse instrument and possession of drug paraphernalia after she was found unconscious on the floor of the woman’s bathroom at Dunkin Donuts, West State Street, Salem, on March 19 with numerous drug abuse items around her.
A driving under suspension citation against Kristopher J. Branch, 27, New Garden Avenue, Salem, was dismissed.
Brett Stephen Borst, 26, Elizabeth, Pa., was fined $150 for marijuana possession.
Antonio T. Torres, 28, Warren, was fined $150 for lighted lights required amended from drug offense suspension.
David Lewis Williams, 73, East Haven, Conn., was fined $180 for hit skip and failure to control.
Lane R. Donnalley, 18, Millrock Road, New Waterford, was fined $130 and had his license suspended for 180 days for possession of marijuana and speeding.
Shelby R. Bourke, 19, Aliquippa, Pa., was fined $100 for speeding and a permit violation.
Shane M. Endicott, 26, East Pine Lake Road, Salem, was fined $100 and sentenced to 30 days in jail for obstructing official business for providing false community service documentation to the court in July.
Kevin Sibila, 29, Glasgow Road, Lisbon, was fined $50 for open container.
A Nov. 28 pretrial was set for Gary A. White Jr., 26, last known address Elberon Avenue, Salem, charged with assault for allegedly chasing down and punching Ryan Armstrong on Sept. 10.
A Dec. 20 pretrial was set for Jakob L. Hendricks, 27, Cherry Street, Washingtonville, cited with failure to reinstate a license and a windshield violation.
A Dec. 27 pretrial was set for Randolph K. Richards, 44, state Route 45, Lisbon, cited with driving under FRA suspension.
A Jan. 10 pretrial was set for Michelle Lynn Hall, 49, West Washington Street, Lisbon, charged with driving under FRA suspension, driving under suspension and speeding.
A Jan. 9 pretrial was set for Katlyn Jane Clemens, 21, Teegarden Road, Lisbon, cited with possession of drug paraphernalia for allegedly having two straws with powdery substance inside them.
A Jan. 9 pretrial was set for Christian L. Plunkett, 22, last known address West Main Street, East Palestine, charged with domestic violence for allegedly harming his estranged wife, Erin Plunkett, on Nov. 6.
A Jan. 12 pretrial was set for Nyasia J. Buzzard, 23, 14th Street, Wellsville, cited with driving under suspension.
