In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Todd R. Lewis, 29, Ohio Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $1,510, had his license suspended for a year, credited with 34 days of jail served and required 30 hours community service for two counts of OVI first offense and one count each of failure to control, seat belt violation and criminal damaging for breaking a peak flow oxygen meter purposely after becoming vulgar and uncooperative with staff from the Salem Regional Medical Center on Sept. 26.
Madison P. Thomas, 21, Franklin Avenue, Salem, was fined $250, ordered to pay $2,500 in restitution to Jason Smith and $2,353 in restitution for Kristen Taylor, credited with a day in jail and required 140 hours community service for assault and two counts of criminal mischief. Thomas hit and bit Taylor multiple times as well as pulled her hair on March 26. She also keyed both Smith and Taylor’s vehicles.
Michael S. Smith, 34, McCracken Road, Salem, was fined $1,125, had his license suspended for a year, sentenced to 24 days in jail and required 30 hours community service for OVI second offense and driving under suspension.
Jacob Arsuffi, 23, Thornberry Trail, North Lima, was fined $725, had his license suspended for 180 days, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 30 hours community service for OVI first offense, failure to control and speeding.
Fabian P. Aldeco, 25, Youngstown, was fined $280, sentenced to three days in jail and required 30 hours community service for driving under a 12-point suspension and a stop sign violation.
Bryan L. Cooper, 34, Prospect Street, Salem, was fined $250 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Ryan J. Taylor, 34, Arch Street, Salem, was fined $250 and required 20 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension.
Amanda M. Swanson, 27, Southeast Boulevard, Salem, was fined $200 and required 40 hours community service for making false alarms for reporting her vehicle stolen when she knew a man she knew had crashed it.
Jason W. Brandenburg, 38, Cuyahoga Falls, was fined $200 for speeding and disorderly conduct amended from possession of marijuana.
Brandon Quimby, 20, St. Clair Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $100 for possession of marijuana.
Christopher L. Oiler, 28, Aten Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $100 and had his license suspended for six months for possession of marijuana.
Tracy M. Blair, 34, Southern Street, Negley, was fined $100 and required 40 hours community service for theft for stealing $221 from Gorby’s Grocery on Sept. 17.
A Dec. 12 pretrial was set for Aaron J. Wolford, 20, Continental Drive, Salem, cited with driving under FRA suspension and with a still pending underage consumption charge.
Roy O. Moffett II, 21, Union Ridge Road, Negley, were fined $250 and required 30 hours community service for driving under suspension.
