In Columbiana County Municipal Court Michael S. Heverly, 31, South Union Avenue, Salem, illegal manufacture of drugs case bound over to the county Common Pleas Court.

Bethany A. Uptegraph, 18, East Sixth Street, Salem, was fined $100, placed on one year probation and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Jeffrey L. Coil, 53, state Route 45, Lisbon, was fined $150 for equipment violation.

Debra J. Salem, 44, Crestview Road, New Waterford, was fined $75 for speeding.

Donna M. Lapre, 60, Elberon Avenue, Salem, was fined $250, placed on two years probation and required 25 hours community service for sale to underage person.

Ashton L. Mitchell, 31, West Fourth Street, Salem, was fined $250, given credit for one day served, placed on two years probation and required 30 hours community service for theft.

Shawn Preston, 34, Canton, was fined $150 for no operator’s license.

Jacob M. Dick, 19, New Galilee, Pa., was fined $250 for underage consumption.

Heather N. Jones, 24, East Third Street, Salem, was fined $75 for expired license.

Joseph Edward Newlin, 18, Glasgow Road, Lisbon, was fined $250, placed on one year probation and required 30 hours community service for speeding.

Robert M. Goonen, 20, Darlington, Pa., was fined $250, placed on one year probation and required 50 hours community service for driving under suspension/restriction.

Amanda Renee Frost, 38, North Elm Street, Columbiana, found not guilty during court trial on two counts of failure to pay income tax to City of Columbiana.

Ryan R. Vidanoff, 37, Canton, was fined $100 for directional signal.

Shane M. Riggs, 37, Monroeville Heights, Salineville, heroin possesion and other drug charges case extradited to Pennsylvania.

Joshua Brook, 25, Avondale Street, East Liverpool, was fined $130, place on one year probation and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension and seat belt.

A Nov. 14 sentencing was set for Clifford A. Steen, 56, Barnesville, charged with aggravated menacing and disorderly conduct. A review hearing was also set that day for OVI second offense and OVI refusal first offense charges.

A Nov. 14 pretrial was set for Logan J. Stancato, 18, East Fourth Street, Salem, charged with aggravated menacing, underage consumption and disorderly conduct.

A Jan. 24 pretrial was set for Leonard E. Carson, 56, Cleveland, charged with speeding.

A Dec. 12 pretrial was set for Andrew Lee Culp Jr., 27, Sebring, charged with OVI first offense and failure to control.

A Dec. 12 pretrial was set for Aaron J. Wolford, 20, Continental Drive, Salem, charged with driving under FRA suspension.

A Dec. 12 pretrial was set for James A. Leach, 44, Union Avenue, Minerva, charged with OVI third offense, OVI refusal with prior within 20 years, driving under OVI suspension, no motorcycle endorsement, hit skip, failure to control and expired tags.

A Dec. 22 pretrial was set for Oleksandra Batih, 30, Wethersfield, Conn., charged with speeding.

A Nov. 14 pretrial was set for James Washington, 29, Youngstown, charged with OVI first offense, drug offense suspension and speeding.

A Nov. 14 preliminary hearing was set for Jacob A. Carter, 18, Beloit, charged with vandalism, theft and resisting arrest.

A Nov. 22 pretrial was set for John G. Wooley, 41, Dakota Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with theft.

A Nov. 14 probable cause hearing was set for Tammy L. Chestnut, 34, state Route 62, Salem, charged with OVI first offense and speeding.
