A 17-year-old Beaver Local student was cited with being truant from school for 17 days.

A 17-year-old Lisbon girl was cited with violating the terms of her probation after reportedly no reporting to her probation officer on four occasions in August and September and then missing school without an excuse on 13 occasions.

Two teens, ages 16 and 17 were accused by Minerva police of damaging a vehicle owned by Mary Beth Kerns and drinking while underage both on Aug. 14.

A 16-year-old East Palestine boy was cited after running away from his placement home and being gone for several hours before he was located.

A 15-year-old East Palestine boy was cited after violating the terms of his probation by not coming home after school several times, not alerting his mother to his whereabouts, being found by the East Palestine police out after curfew three times and placed on an in school restriction twice.

A 16-year-old East Liverpool girl was cited after leaving the house without permission after curfew, refusing to return home, drinking alcohol and not obeying house rules habitually.

A 15-year-old East Palestine child was cited with violating probation after testing positive for a drug test for marijuana on Sept. 16.

A 16-year-old Leetonia girl was cited with being habitually disobedient, disrespectful toward her mother, refusing to return home at curfew and exhibiting violent behavior in the home.

A 17-year-old East Liverpool student was cited with violating the terms of probation after being absent from school without an excuse 14 times.

A 17-year-old Southern Local boy was cited after threatening his mother and his grandmother on Sept. 6, kicking a kitchen cabinet breaking it and punching the door to his grandmother’s vehicle.

A 16-year-old Columbiana boy was charged after hitting his father in the face and chest, grabbing him from behind, throwing him to the floor and biting him on the arm on Sept. 4.

A 13-year-old East Palestine boy was cited after hitting two family members on Sept. 2, threatening his father by raising a hammer at him in the face and threatening to kill his family.

A 17-year-old Salem girl was cited with being habitually disobedient by not abiding by house rules, returning home when told and refusing to continue with her counseling.

A 17-year-old Lisbon boy was cited after spitting at and using racial slurs toward the staff members where he was placed, then escalating into a physical altercation by breaking out of a restraint hold and punching a staff member in the back of the head several times.

A 17-year-old Salem boy pushed his mother and attempted continually to restrain her from leaving the home.

A 12-year-old East Palestine boy was cited after throwing objects at his mother including a basketball, a hard dog toy and a shoe; throwing a phone at his sister striking her in the head; and slapping, kicking and pulling the ears of the family dog relentlessly.

A 16-year-old United boy was cited after grabbing his mother, throwing her to the floor and threatening to kill her.

A 16-year-old Salem child was cited with punching Neil Barber, a family member in the face twice.

A 16-year-old East Liverpool girl was cited after refusing to obey her parents, leaving home without permission and being found after curfew in Goshen Township in Mahoning County.
