Leonard King, 40, Newark, N.J., pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to three counts of possession of drugs and was immediately sentenced to four years in prison and fined $17,500. His license was also suspended for five years.
On Aug. 26, 2010, King had 27.8 grams of cocaine, 460 unit doses of heroin and three four-methyenedioxymethanphetamine hydrochloride.
The sentence is to run consecutively to any sentence King is serving in New Jersey.

One of three people accused in the snatching of a woman’s purse at the Calcutta Walmart in January, Frank J. Flaherty Jr., pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to robbery.
Flaherty, 39, Shadyside Avenue, East Liverpool, faces up to 36 months in prison and a $10,000 fine. Sentencing is set for Nov. 3.
Flaherty, Brianne Flaherty and David Mathes were all accused of following Edna Geer through the Walmart before Frank Flaherty forcibly stole her purse and then escaped with the co-defendants waiting in a gold Ford Taurus.
Brianne Flaherty previously pleaded guilty to complicity to robbery and awaits sentencing later this month. Mathes is also charged with complicity to robbery.

In Columbiana County Common Pleas Court, Steven J. Davis, 38, East Washington Street, Washingtonville, was sentenced to two years in prison for robbery. Davis was credited with 67 days already served. In attempting to commit a theft offense on May 25, 2012, Davis threatened or inflicted physical harm on Richard Beckley Jr.
Brian A. Wall, 40, Spitler Road, Poland, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property. He faces up to 18 months in prison and a $5,000 fine. Sentencing is set for Oct. 23. Wall in September 2007 had a Buick LaSabre belonging to Lynetta Zarilla of Mercer, Pa.
Jessie W. Hollingshead II, 23, Wilbert Avenue, East Liverpool, stipulated to violating his intervention plan and was sentenced to 60 days in the county jail with credit for 51 days served, leaving him nine to serve. Hollingshead’s intervention plan for a 2012 guilty plea to breaking and entering was dishonorably terminated. Hollingshead and Tiffany Grate broke into a vacant home on Fairfield School Road on July 1, 2011 and stole a furnace and refrigerator.
Samuel M. Presutti, 52, Price Street, East Liverpool, stipulated to violating his probation for non-support of dependents. He was sentenced to 45 days in jail and his probation was dishonorably terminated.
