In Columbiana County Common Pleas Court, Cletis R. Monroy, 31, Rose Avenue, Salem, was placed on an intervention plan for five years for possession of drugs and attempted burglary amended from burglary. Monroy took a hacksaw to cut the padlock off the garage of the home of Jessica Hazel, East Third Street, Salem, on Sept. 13, 2013, while he was in the possession of cocaine.

David W. Arthur, 52, Tarentum, Pa., pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of drugs for having both cocaine and clonazepam on Feb. 22, 2012. He faces up to a year and a half in prison, a five-year license suspension and a $3,500 fine. Arthur is scheduled for sentencing on Sept. 22.

John A. Stoffer, 51, South Broadway, Salem, was sentenced in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to six and a half years in prison for illegal possession of the chemicals for the manufacturing of drugs, illegal manufacturing of drugs, having weapons while under a disability and four counts of possession of drugs. According to court documents, Stoffer had methamphetamine on Jan. 16, 2013; heroin and methamphetamine on Feb. 17, 2013; and heroin, the chemicals to make methamphetamines and an ITM Arms AK 47 assault rifle on May 30, 2013.

Matthew W. Juillerat, 23, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, pleaded guilty to aggravated robbery. He faces up to 11 years in prison and a $20,000 fine. Sentencing is set for Sept. 15. Juillerat brandished a knife and demanded money on April 7, 2014 in Salem. A woman’s finger was cut after a struggle ensued.

Courtney A. Wright, 27, Toronto, pleaded guilty to burglary and complicity to burglary. She faces up to four and a half years in prison and a fine of $15,000. Sentencing is set for Sept. 15. Wright trespassed in the home of Catherine Witt on 16th Street, Wellsville, on July 23, 2013 while Witt and her daughter were in bed, taking money which was discovered missing in the morning. Wright is alleged to have assisted Austin LeMasters and Tammy Tice in burglarizing the home of Dale Martin, Haiti Road, Salineville on June 27, 2013.

Robert E. Lockhart, 47, Riffle Road, Rogers, was sentenced to 12 months in prison for domestic violence, which is to be served consecutive with a sentence he is serving out of Mahoning County Common Pleas Court where he is serving all but 68 days of a six-month sentence for driving under the influence. Here, Lockhart harmed Nicholas Hubbard on Jan. 30, 2014.

Jessica M. Becher, 25, State Line Road, Negley. was granted intervention in lieu of conviction and agreed to plead guilty to two counts of complicity to trafficking in drugs. She was sentenced to a five-year intervention plan. Court documents state Becher assisted Zachary Conkle in selling 3.4 grams and 4.2 grams of marijuana to a confidential informant on May 22, 2013 and June 11, 2013 respectively.
