A warrant is to be requested for a reported shoplifter, described only as white, who entered Walmart on May 3 “empty handed,” filled a shopping cart with merchandise from the shelves and then took the cart to the service desk and produced a receipt. He was provided $114.40. The license plate number of the suspect’s vehicle along with video footage was turned over to police.
While a missing person report was being filed by a mother on May 4 at the police department, the son showed up at the residence.
Stephen Moore, no address, reported May 3 that the rear passenger side window of his vehicle was broken out while it was parked at the McDonald’s parking lot, state Route 170.
Ronald D. Kidder Jr., 29, no address, and John S. Bryan IV, 33, no address, were charged May 2 with possession of a reported syringe and crack pipe discovered in a parked vehicle by the department’s K-9 unit. Police had received a call of reported suspicious activity in the Kmart parking lot, state Route 170.
A Walmart employee called May 2 to report an unknown male attempted to remove several packs of ribeye steaks from the store without paying.
