Columbiana County Sheriff Reports for 5-21

Robert Lautzenheiser, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, reported at 9:52 a.m. Monday sometime within the past 48 hours someone shot or broke the double pane window in the living room.

Jackie Agosto, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, reported at 9:51 p.m. Monday someone was tapping on her window, but had left. She stated she recently left for several days and left a note on the home stating she was not moving out. Her landlord has given her a three-day eviction notice.

Millard Hicks, Pritchard Avenue, Lisbon, reported at 4:12 p.m. Sunday children were shooting a BB gun at his garage. Deputies spoke to a 16-year-old boy, who was putting a BB gun into a garage on Pritchard Avenue, and another boy who is staying there with his father. The second boy said they were shooting at cans and bottles in the yard. The garage, which was behind the targets, was found to have been struck three times. Hicks spoke with Shane Gillespie Sr., the father of the second boy. Hicks did not want to file charges and Gillespie gave deputies the BB gun to dispose of at Hicks’ request.

Jim Clark, Churchill Road, Lisbon, reported at 8:22 p.m. Sunday his grandson was being unruly.
