Columbiana County Municipal Court for 5-3
In Columbiana County Municipal Court a May 8 pretrial was set for Jamie M. Pastore, 26, Union Street, Washingtonville, charged with domestic violence for allegedly pushing and putting a choke hold on his brother. Additionally, he reportedly threatened to beat him.
A May 20 pretrial was set for Todd R. Stoffel, 38, state Route 45, Wellsville, charged with OVI first offense and a lane violation.
A May 27 pretrial was set for Brian D. McCormack, 41, Poland, charged with domestic violence for allegedly shoving Jennifer Lease during a child custody exchange in front of the Leetonia Police Department on April 13. Lease was already wearing a “boot” on her foot due to a previous injury and the foot was allegedly reinjured.
A May 29 pretrial was set for Earl F. Sheets, 44, Carbon Hill Road, East Palestine, cited with failure to comply for allegedly fleeing from police on a four-wheeler on the streets of East Palestine and then attempting to conceal the four-wheeler by covering it with toys and placing it behind a home on West Clark Street.
A June 3 pretrial was set for Travis S. Rhodes, 23, South Market Street, East Palestine, charged with driving under FRA suspension, speeding and obstructing official business for allegedly fleeing on foot after abandoning his vehicle when police attempted to pull him over reportedly for a speeding violation on Sunday.
A June 3 pretrial was set for Amy Jo Verbanovic, 52, Boardman, cited with driving under suspension and speeding.
A June 9 pretrial was set for Mark Dewayne Brown, 39, Batesville, Miss., cited with OVI second offense and speeding.
A June 12 pretrial was set for Christy S. Keglor, 39, Fair Avenue, Salem, charged with criminal trespassing for allegedly returning to the Salem Walmart on Monday after she was told on Aug. 15, 2013, she was no longer welcome to be on the property.
A June 16 pretrial was set for Nicholas J. Guy, 24, West Salem Street, Columbiana, cited with speeding.
