Gina Amato, Kapp’s mother spoke in court, stating her son did not deserve to have this happen. She noted if Scarabino has a problem with other members of the family, she should have come to them.

Vettori, who has served as the visiting judge for cases for Scarabino before, said she was disappointed to hear she was in trouble again.
