A domestic violence charge against Jared M. Coil, 26, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, was dismissed due to the unavailability of the alleged victim. He had been accused of grabbing Beth Marshall by the hair and banging her head off the bathroom sink on Feb. 6.

A May 8 pretrial was set for Craig A. Apinis, 35, North Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly striking Tristan Apinis in her face during an argument on Tuesday.
A May 12 pretrial was set for Rusty Ray Altman, 41, Cream Ridge Road, Lisbon, cited with possession of drug abuse instrument for an alleged plastic syringe with heroin residue.
A May 15 pretrial was set for Dennis R. King II, 36, Newland, N.C., cited with OVI first offense and tail lights violation.
A May 29 pretrial was set for Marci M. Kirkpatrick, 29, Washington Street, Leetonia, charged with driving under suspension and obstructing official business for allegedly giving police another woman’s name and social security number during a traffic stop in Salem on Friday.
A June 3 pretrial was set for Scott A. Bratt, 31, Sprucevale Road, Rogers, charged with domestic violence for allegedly grabbing his girlfriend’s shirt and then her hair and pulling her backwards to the ground twice on Sunday.
A June 12 pretrial was set for Corey G. Sims, 29, West 14th Street, Salem, cited with OVI third offense, OVI refusal with prior within 20 years and speeding.
A June 12 pretrial was set for Cody L. Jones, 24, Mill Street, Salineville, cited with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jennifer Sue Boyer, Salem Alliance Road, Damascus, was fined $675, had her license suspended for six months, credited with three days served in jail and required to both attend a three-day counseling program and to perform 30 hours community service.
Derek M. Blair, 24, Oak Street, Salem, was fined $250, required 30 hours community service and had his license suspended for six months for possession of drug paraphernalia for a marijuana pipe found in his vehicle during a traffic stop on Friday.
William R. Halligan, 48, state Route 45, Lisbon, was fined $250, credited with one day served in jail and required 40 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for grabbing a 14-year-old by the neck while the boy was protecting his mother.
Marla A. Winkle, 37, Main Street, Wellsville, was fined $200, credited with three days served in jail and required 30 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for striking her daughter, Reagan Duck, in the nose on Nov. 19, 2013.
Suzanne M. Williams, 59, Massillon, was fined $150 for speeding.
Matthew D. Soldo, 34, Hilltop Drive, Lisbon, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.
Jason E. Dotson, 36, Lisa Lane, Lisbon, was fined $100 for driving without a valid license.
A disorderly conduct citation against Phillip Gregory, 52, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, was dismissed. He was accused of fighting on April 3.
A May 5 pretrial was set for Brandie J. Taylor, 44, Madison Avenue, Salineville, cited with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct while voluntarily intoxicated for allegedly refusing to go inside her home while deputies spoke with her husband on Monday.
A May 20 pretrial was set for Lance J. Dangelo, 23, East Fourth Street, Salem, cited with possession of drug paraphernalia for allegedly having a crack pipe on Monday.
A May 22 extradition hearing was set for Dustin W. Tunnat, 29, Woodsdale Road, Salem, who is sought by the state of Indiana for an alleged probation violation.
A May 29 pretrial was set for Gerald A. Dipanfilo, cited with obstructing official business for allegedly giving police in Salem false information while they were investigated a shoplifting offense allegedly committed at the Salem Walmart by the passenger in his vehicle on Monday.
A June 3 pretrial was set for Anthony R. Sevek, 25, Jefferson Street, Salineville, charged with OVI first offense and failure to control.
A June 3 pretrial was set for Lynsee M. Ahearn, 20, Fairview Avenue, Salem, cited with domestic violence for allegedly attacking her boyfriend, Brandon Toothman, while he was sleeping, including biting him on the shoulder.
A June 5 pretrial was set for Tracy M. Bowser, 34, Sharp Street, Salem, cited with domestic violence for allegedly shoving Jamie Phillips and striking him in the chest with her fist on April 6.
A June 10 pretrial was set for Shane J. Linden, 35, Crestview Road, Leetonia, cited with OVI first offense and failure to control.
A June 16 pretrial was set for James Price, 24, Burford Street, East Liverpool, cited with driving under a 12-point suspension and a tail lights violation.
