St. Clair Township Police Reports for 4-3

Officers responded Tuesday to a report of an unresponsive man in a vehicle outside Walmart. They knocked on the window a couple times to wake him but, failing to do so, opened the door, where they reported finding a large knife in his lap. He reportedly gave a false name, saying he knew he had a warrant, but was identified as Bradley M. Cianni, 28, Avondale Street, East Liverpool. According to reports, numerous items used in the drug trade, including a glass tube, several pushrods, hemostats and a knife the drug task force tested positively for cocaine base, were found inside the car. Items were sent for testing, and Cianni was charged with possession of drug abuse instruments and obstructing official business.
