St. Clair Township Police Reports for 4-22

A husband and wife were both arrested Monday morning at their St. Clair Avenue home. Police charged Carissa M. Weyand, 25, and Catlyn M. Weyand, 26, with domestic violence after Mr. Weyand said his wife bit him on the finger when he tried to take some of his belongings and leave. Mrs. Weyand told police she bit her husband after he struck her in the face.

Tabitha Tanner, 32, address not listed, was charged Saturday with misconduct at an emergency after officers were called to a medical emergency on Sidehill Road. They reported that Tanner kept interjecting herself into the situation, although warned twice and commanded once to stop. The nature of the emergency was not reported.

Davena Stowers, Annesley Road, reported she was in New York when her husband, Brian Stowers, called to say that, in a fit of rage, he destroyed all her customers’ computers and her clothing. He reportedly told Mrs. Stowers he was sorry and asked how he could make it right. Mr. Stowers called police later to say his wife had been gone for three weeks and he returned home to find all her computer equipment and clothing gone. They were both advised to see their attorneys and possibly file for divorce.

Bianca Taylor, Martha Street, called for assistance Saturday because her husband was on the property. He was gone when officers arrived, but they noted the couple is still married and there are no court orders in effect.

A mailbox was reported vandalized on McCoy Avenue Monday.

Officers were called to Walmart about someone conducting a fraudulent exchange of goods. An investigation is pending.

Jonathon D. Trent, 21, no address listed, was charged with OVI following a crash on state Route 170 Saturday, with no other details reported. The vehicle was towed.

Officers responded Friday to a multiple car crash at the intersection of state Route 170 and Challenger Drive, where Ross R. Lentini, 63, Faulk Avenue, reportedly was eastbound on state Route 170 and turned left into Challenger Drive into the path of a westbound vehicle driven by Donald W. Johnson, 39, East Palestine. Upon impact, Lentini’s vehicle struck another driven by Antoinette Harshberger, 68, Aliquippa, Pa. Harshberger’s vehicle then struck one driven by Sheryl A. Mercer, 54, Christian Place, whose vehicle then struck another driven by Frank R. Pucci, 56, Midland, Pa. Lentini was cited for OVI and failure to yield. Minor injuries were reported but no medical treatment was listed on reports.
