Lisbon Police Reports for 4-10
Pauline Gaunt, East Chestnut Street, reported at 9:49 p.m. Sunday hearing someone or something banging on her rear window. Police did not find anyone around or any evidence to indicate anyone had been outside the window.
Michael Haught of Apple Grove apartments reported at 10:35 p.m. Sunday his cigarettes were missing after having had some guests over to his apartment.
Someone at the Balint residence on East High Street reported there was a possibly rabid possum in their back yard at 6:47 p.m. Sunday. The possum left before police arrived.
The street department was called at 12:14 a.m. Saturday to remove a tree that was blown down and blocking the street on West Chestnut Street.
Vilma Nemeth, West Spruce Street, reported March 27 that $428 was taken from her bank account by two Internet sites.
Floyd Smith, West Chestnut Street, reported April 1 his vehicle windshield was struck by a BB pellet.
The security alarm went off at the county elections board at 6 p.m. March 27 and 5:33 p.m. April 3, but both times the building was found secure.

Sheila A. Brown, 57, Sue Drive, Lisbon, was cited for failure to yield after striking a vehicle driven by Jerry R. Porter of Leetsdale, Pa., at the intersection of North Market and East Pine at 10 a.m. Friday.
