East Liverpool Police Reports for 4-28
Responding at 3:31 a.m. Sunday to a report of a woman falling through a window on Pennsylvania Avenue, officers found the alleged victim, Jade N. McKinnon, 29, had already been transported to the hospital by ambulance. There, they found she had two deep cuts to her forehead, and McKinnon said she and her boyfriend, Jeronn M. Bell, 37, had been arguing for three days. During an argument over a vehicle, he reportedly choked her, banged her head into a door, kicked her then pushed her head through a window, breaking the glass. McKinnon did not want to file charges, but officers charged Bell with domestic violence. The couple has three children in common, according to reports.
Called to Avondale Street at 2:45 a.m. Sunday for an intoxicated man falling in a yard, officers reported finding Charles E. McGrath, 39, Price Street, leaning against a house. They said he had slurred, incoherent speech and a strong odor of alcohol. He had scratches on his face, apparently from falling. He was charged with disorderly conduct/intoxication.
An officer on patrol at Woodland Hills Friday reported seeing William E. Barnes, 22, Sprucevale Road, in the parking lot and was aware he had been served the previous day with a trespass notice by another officer. Barnes was cited for criminal trespass.
