In Municipal Court Thursday, Stephanie D. Hayes, 30, Pennsylvania Avenue, was fined $100, sentenced to 90 days, 82 suspended, and placed on probation two years for falsification. She was given the same fine, sentence and probation, as well as a 180-day license suspension, for leaving the scene. For driving under suspension, she was fined $100 and for failure to control, $65, with 22 hours of community service imposed in lieu of those fines.
Mary J. Barnhart, 42, Broadway, Wellsville, was sentenced to 30 jail days for furnishing false information. She was fined $100 for driving under suspension and $30 for no seat belt.
Dawn Stull, 41, Pennsylvania Avenue, was fined $150, sentenced to 30 days, suspended, and placed on probation two years for criminal damaging. She was ordered to make restitution of $141 to Brandi Davis.
Travis L. Keener, 27, Avondale Street, was sentenced to 30 days for theft and 15 days, each, on charges of possession of drug abuse instruments and criminal trespass, with a 180-day license suspension also imposed for the drug abuse instrument charge. He was bound over to Common Pleas Court on a receiving stolen property charge.
A domestic violence charge was dismissed against Scott D. Shreve, 25, Price Street, due to the alleged victim failing to cooperate with the prosecution.
Jury trials were set June 19 for Curtis W. Smith, 34, Beloit, charged with receiving stolen property and for Kirk R. Roberts, 27, Chester, W.Va., charged with no operator’s license, one-way traffic, loud exhaust, possession of drug abuse instruments and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Thomas C. Browning, 30, Saint George Street, was bound over to Common Pleas Court on a felonious assault charge.
A pretrial was scheduled May 29 for Michael K. Leek, 26, Lisbon Street, charged with receiving stolen property.
