Columbiana County Sheriff Reports for 4-7

Brad Riley, Knox School Road, Homeworth, reported at 10:17 p.m. Saturday his neighbor, Randy Brown, had horses running loose and tearing up his yard, which Riley said happens at least once a year if not more.

Laurie Kelly, Elkton Road, Lisbon, reported at 2:19 p.m. Saturday her dark brown leather purse was gone. She last saw her purse around 10:30 p.m. Friday in her vehicle, which was unlocked.

Amy DeLauder, Avondale Street, East Liverpool, reported at 11:30 a.m. Saturday she did not know where her children were after receiving permission from Robert Frank, the father of the children who also has custody. Frank’s current girlfriend, Amy Moore, said that he took the kids to DeLauder the night before. After a deputy wished to speak with Frank, neither woman could provide a contact number or place of employment, but Moore said that Frank would be back home for lunch and would call then. Frank spoke with the deputy saying that the children are at his sister’s house, and that DeLauder does not have custody of the children.

Deputies spoke with Isaac Klink, state Route 558, Fairfield Township, at 1:24 p.m. Saturday and told him that he was not permitted at the Air Force Reserve Base in Pittsburgh after admitting himself for a psychological evaluation and checking out before the evaluation ended. Deputies advised Klink charges would be filed if he was caught on the base again, and needs to speak with the base regarding the situation.

Kim Mutersbaugh, 44627 Y and O Road, Wellsville, reported at 5:37 p.m. Friday while Lawrence “Larry” Cloud was moving out of the trailer, he choked her and threw her against the wall. Cloud stated he was loading the U-Haul with passenger Kurt Ensell and denied any assault taking place. A deputy noticed a friction burn on Mutersbaugh’s neck which appeared to be self-inflicted. Mutersbaugh did not deny that it was self-inflicted but still said Cloud choked her.

Nancy Bergis, Carmel Achor Road, Rogers, reported at 7:36 p.m. Thursday someone entered her home and stole a keypad safe containing cash and credit cards. Her neighbor, Richard Anderson, said he noticed a white Ford pickup truck with two men approximately six feet tall with short brown hair arrive around 12:30 p.m. and left 15 minutes later.

Megan Morrow, 27, Maple Street, Lisbon, reported at 6:20 p.m. Friday she dropped off her daughter to Luke Trimnel, 32, state Route 45, Lisbon, at his residence when, during an argument, he grabbed her by the hair and threw her out of the garage. Trimnel, who was arrested and taken to county jail, also said he was hit multiple times in the face. Both parties have been charged with domestic violence.

Sheryl Miller, Ridge Road, Minerva, reported at 10:35 p.m. Saturday several mailboxes were vandalized in that area.

Joan Messenger, Old Irondale Road, reported at 5:52 p.m. Friday Eddie Wilson’s cows were tearing up her yard.
