Columbiana County Municipal Court for 4-6
Dustin R. Foley, 34, East Main Street, East Palestine, was sentenced in Columbiana County Municipal Court on Tuesday to 180 days in jail minus his credit for 25 days already served and fined $200 for violating a temporary protection order and resisting arrest. Foley called and texted Leslie Davis repeatedly on Feb. 26 and then hid in a closet when deputies came to find him at his home on March 7.
Additionally, Foley was ordered to serve the remaining 35 days of a 60-day term for a previous violating a temporary protection order conviction for calling and texting Davis on Feb. 2, as well as showing up at her mother’s home looking to speak to her. The jail terms will all run concurrently.
