Columbiana County Grand Jury Reports for 4-6
Matthew R. McBride, 32, North Walnut Street, East Palestine, was served a secret indictment for a vandalism charge for allegedly damaging the East Palestine Elementary School on Dec. 18, 2013.
Amanda L. Bragg, 35, Vine Street, East Liverpool, was served a secret indictment for charges of permitting drug abuse and three counts of possession of drugs. According to court documents, she allegedly had heroin, cocaine and oxycodone in her possession on Nov. 25, 2013. Additionally, she is accused of allowing her home or property to be used for drug trafficking offenses by co-defendant Anthony Marscarella, 26, Youngstown, who also was charged by the grand jury with three counts of possession of drugs in an indictment served last week.
Sidni R. Livolsi, 25, Clark Avenue, Wellsville, was served a secret indictment for a possession of drugs charge for allegedly having heroin in her possession on Dec. 6, 2013.
The indictments were issued by county grand jury in March.
James A. Parise, 40, Brown Street, Lisbon, was served a secret indictment for two counts of drug trafficking. Parise is accused of selling oxycodone on Sept. 9 and Sept. 13 in quantities greater than bulk, but less than five times the bulk amount. The charges are second-degree felonies.
The indictment was issued by the county grand jury in March.
Jean A. Hartzell, 36, Peace Valley Road, Rogers, was served a secret indictment on a possession of drugs for allegedly having less than a gram of heroin in her possession on Jan. 4. The indictment was issued by the county grand jury in March.
Ryan W. Virden, 25, Spillway Road, Lisbon, was served a secret indictment for three counts of possession of drugs. He is alleged to have LSD, heroin and methylone in his possession on Dec. 5. The three charges are fifth-degree felonies and were issued by the county grand jury in March.
Shannon M. Johnson, 33, West Ninth Street, East Liverpool, charged with forging two prescriptions on May 23, 2013. The prescriptions were for Valium and Adderall.
