East Liverpool Police Reports for 3-6

Officers were called to Pennsylvania Avenue Tuesday to remove Kenneth P. Swoger, 54, East Fourth Street, who was intoxicated and acting up, according to resident Lori Reese. Told by officers to leave the residence, Swoger reportedly told them they might as well arrest him, because he would come right back. Officers reported he smelled of alcohol, was unsteady on his feet and had slurred speech. He was charged with disorderly conduct/intoxication.

Officers were called to a St. Clair Avenue residence Wednesday morning to remove Rowdy Fickes, 48, St. Clair Avenue. He told officers that two women inside had attacked him during an argument. Inside the home, officers spoke with Kimberly S. Davis, 40, same address, who had a black eye. She told officers Fickes had punched her and struck her several times in the face and head after she refused to give him $50 with which to purchase crack cocaine. Fickes was charged with domestic violence.
