Columbiana County Municipal Court for 3-29
In Columbiana County Municipal Court Friday Thomas L. Cox Jr., 31, Whinnery Road, Hanoverton, was fined $150, placed on on year probation and ordered to perform 25 hours community service for driving under suspension and loud exhaust.
Brandon S. White, 31, South Union Avenue, Salem, was fined $30 for expired registration.
Josie Marie McKinley, 20, McGeehan Road, Salem, was fined $100 and had her driver’s license suspended six months for drug abuse.
Steven W. Watters II, 36, Miller Road, Leetonia, was fined $150, sentenced 29 days jail, placed on two years probation and ordered to perform 40 hours community service for receiving stolen property.
Richard B. Mclemore, 40, state Route 45, East Palestine, was fined $30 for failure to control.
Benjamin S. Farmer, 18, Main Street, Salem, was fined $50 for reckless operation.
Corey Mathew Gouldsberry, 23, Maple Street, Lisbon, was fined $272, sentenced two days jail, placed on two years probation and had his driver’s license suspended 180 days for reckless operation and failure to control.
Narciso Lopez Hernandez, 22, East Third Street, Salem, was fined $650, sentenced 227 days jail, had his driver’s license suspended six months and placed on two years basic probation for assault, resisting arrest, OVI, no operator’s license and failure to control.
Ashton Brookes Snodgrass, 24, Avondale Street, East Liverpool, was fined $80 for no operator’s license, seat belt and fictitious plates.
A May 13 pretrial was set for Rachel R. Mazza, 24, Bradshaw Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with OVI second offense and two counts traffic control devices.
An April 28 pretrial was set for John J. Roberts, 56, McDonald, charged with OVI refusal with prior in 20 years, OVI first offense, lane violations and seat belt.
An April 29 pretrial was set for Kyle David Gray, 23, Devonshire Drive, Salem, charged with drug paraphernalia.
An Aug. 28 diversion review was set for Dishelle T. Carchide, 20, Salem Alliance Road, Salem, charged with underage consumption.
A May 12 pretrial was set for Nicole R. Thompson, 37, Black Road, Lisbon, charged with OVI first offense and failure to control.
An April 3 pretrial was set for Dennis Caldwell, 25, Wood Street, Wellsville, charged with endangering children and domestic violence.
