Columbiana County Municipal Court for 3-18
In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Monday, a March 20 preliminary hearing was set for Kevin E. Kirby, 39, North Market Street, Lisbon, charged with possession of drugs for allegedly having 10 oxycodone pills in a container in his pants pocket on Friday.
Ted S. Bennett, 46, Southeast Boulevard, Salem, was bound over to the grand jury on a charge of OVI fourth offense. A pretrial was set for June 3 on charges of OVI refusal with a prior OVI within 20 years, OVI third offense, driving under FRA suspension and improper registration.
Nathan G. Dickinson, 18, South State Street, New Waterford, was fined $700, had his license suspended for 180 days and required three days in counseling for OVI first offense and failure to control.
Mary B. Kiehl, 29, Pinewood Drive, New Waterford, was fined $150, had her license suspended for 180 days and was credited with 14 days served in jail for possession of drug abuse instruments for two hypodermic syringes and a burnt spoon on March 1.
David J. Trimble, 25, Lisbon Street, Hanoverton, was fined $550, had his license suspended for 180 days and sentenced to 30 days in jail for marijuana possession, marijuana paraphernalia and possession of drugs amended from a felony possession charge for oxymorphone hydrochloride.
Roger C. Mullet, 26, West Pine Lake Road, Salem, was fined $275 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension and a stop sign violation.
Matthew A. Castillo, 26, North Lundy Avenue, Salem, was fined $200 for no license.
Ryan Jacob Moffett, 18, Neeld Road, East Palestine, was fined $150 and had his license suspended for 180 days for possession of marijuana instruments.
Joshua D. Ford, 29, Prospect Street, Lisbon, was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from a stop sign violation.
Maribel V. Dailey, 41, First Street, Hanoverton, was fined $130 for driving under suspension and a seat belt violation.
Courtney A. Nagy, 29, Williams Street, Beloit, was fined $100 for driving under FRA suspension.
David R. Bickerton, 26, Park Boulevard, East Liverpool, was fined $100 for lighted lights required amended from speeding.
Joseph L. Stauffer, 42, Winter Park, Fla., was fined $100 for a license suspended less than six months.
A March 24 pretrial was set for Tadley D. Burt, 38, state Route 517, Columbiana, cited with violating a temporary protection order for allegedly being inside a home on Fairfield School Road on Sunday.
A March 27 pretrial was set for Steven W. Watters II, 35, Miller Road, Leetonia, charged with receiving stolen property for allegedly selling stolen rims and a transmission to Roger’s Recycling on Feb. 4 and two more tires along with aluminum rims to Millrock Auto Sales on Feb. 6.
A March 31 pretrial was set for Steven B. McKinney, 22, Maple Street, Salem, cited with resisting arrest for allegedly running when police came to his home with a warrant on March 13.
An April 1 pretrial was set for William R. Halligan, 48, state Route 45, Lisbon, cited with OVI first offense, OVI second offense and lane violations.
An April 3 pretrial was set for Dakota S. Swearengin, 21, Parkhill, Okla., charged with criminal damaging for allegedly putting a hole in a wall in a room at the Traveler’s Motel, state Route 45, Lisbon, on Sunday.
An April 14 pretrial was set for Amy J. Landis, 33, Lower Elkton Road, Leetonia, cited with two counts passing bad checks for allegedly writing two checks for her $500 rent payment in August and September of 2013, both of which were returned for insufficient funds.
An April 14 pretrial was set for Michael A. Noble, 49, Union Street, Washingtonville, cited with disorderly conduct while voluntarily intoxicated for allegedly refusing to comply with demands from law enforcement officials he go to bed for the evening.
An April 14 pretrial was set for James H. Beiling, 56, state Route 558, Leetonia, cited with maximum axle load.
An April 15 pretrial was set for Britt F. Maras, 48, Howland, charged with domestic violence for allegedly slapping his brother-in-law three times on the left side of his face on March 15.
An April 15 pretrial was set for Robert J. Smith II, 28, Columbus, cited with OVI second offense, driving under 12 point suspension and failure to control.
An April 15 pretrial was set for Wendy Q. Kline, 47, Pearce Circle, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly arguing with her brother Britt Maras, striking him twice with two different candle sticks and scratching him on March 15.
An April 17 pretrial was set for Ronda J. Narehood, 43, Alice Street, East Palestine, cited with OVI first offense and a turn signal violations.
An April 17 pretrial was set for Joshua W. Cehrs, 27, Longs Crossing Road, Leetonia, cited with driving under OVI suspension.
An April 17 pretrial was set for Amanda Grace O’Brien, 21, Calcutta-Smith Ferry Road, East Liverpool, charged with driving under OVI suspension and speeding.
An April 21 pretrial was set for Edward A. Duko II, 27, Southeast Boulevard, Salem, cited with OVI first offense, headlights violation, driving under suspension and improper registration.
An April 21 pretrial was set for William M. Mull III, 25, East Euclid Street, Salem, cited with hit skip and failure to control.
An April 21 pretrial was set for Clifford R. Fitch III, 24, Boardman, cited with driving under OVI suspension.
A March 20 pretrial was set for Joseph W. Castelucci, 52, state Route 164, Lisbon, cited with disorderly conduct while voluntarily intoxicated and two counts menacing for allegedly threatening two law enforcement officers at the county jail on Thursday. Castelucci is further accused on Thursday of spitting in the left hand of a Lisbon police officer when asked for his ID, coming toward the police officer in an aggressive manner and refusing to calm down.
A March 20 pretrial was set for Ted S. Bennett, 46, Southeast Boulevard, Salem, cited with OVI refusal with prior within 20 years, OVI third offense, driving under FRA suspension and improper registration. Additionally, a March 20 preliminary hearing was set for Bennett, who is facing a fourth-degree felony OVI offense charge due to having five or more convictions in the past 20 years.
Scott A. Bailey Jr., 25, Short Street, Salem, was fined $100 for no license amended from driving under suspension. A second driving under suspension citation against Bailey was dismissed.
Brad K. Pittman, 36, Vine Avenue, Salem, was ordered to serve seven days of a previously suspended jail sentence immediately for previous convictions of theft for using Bonnie Pittman’s ATM card to withdraw money without her consent in February 2013 and obstructing official business for walking away from police and denying he had a knife on July 21, 2013. A review hearing was set for March 20.
A March 20 pretrial was set for Jerad J. Chestnut, charged with domestic violence for allegedly holding Alicia Bailey from behind while his sister, a juvenile, struck Bailey. Additionally Chestnut is accused of throwing Bailey to the ground, which injured her left wrist.
An April 14 pretrial was set for Michael D. Thrasher, 21, 18th Street Heights, Wellsville, cited with OVI first offense, a seat belt violation and a turn signal violation.
An April 15 pretrial was set for Michelle L. Armstrong, 28, Ohio Avenue, East Liverpool, cited with driving under FRA suspension.
A May 15 pretrial was set for Megan C. Mason, 20, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, cited with driving under FRA suspension and speeding.
