Columbiana County Common Pleas for 3-19

Adam L. Lodge, 22, Boston Street, Washingtonville, pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to three counts of burglary. He faces up to nine years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines. Court documents state he trespassed into the home of Jerry Reed, state Route 558 Leetonia, on Nov. 4, Nov. 7 and Nov. 12, 2013. While in the home, Lodge took a .22-caliber revolver, a Mossberg shotgun and coins. Sentencing is set for May 15.

Lamar T. Coles, 22, College Street, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to burglary and was immediately sentenced to nine months in prison. Coles along with co-defendant Queysean Sallis ran into a home on 14th Street in Wellsville shortly after shots were fired in the area of 15th Street and Clark Avenue last July.

Paul K. Donavich, 57, no address listed, was sentenced to four years probation for possession of marijuana for having between 200 and 1,000 grams in his possession on May 15, 2012. Additionally, the prosecutor’s information Donavich pleaded to stated he had a large coin collection and $24,056 in cash, all proceeds of felony drug abuse. His license was suspended for 12 months.
