Columbiana County Common Pleas 3-9
Two men accused of breaking into properties in the East Liverpool area pleaded guilty and were sentenced immediately on Tuesday afternoon in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court.
Mark S. Fraser Jr., 40, Alpha Street, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to burglary and was sentenced to five years in prison while granted credit for 304 days already served in the county jail. He also was ordered to make restitution within six months of his release from prison.
Court documents state Fraser on May 13, 2013 trespassed into the occupied structure of Michael Densmore, Homestead Drive, East Liverpool, with the purpose of committing a criminal offense.
Chad W. Hartley, 35, West Fourth Street, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to three counts breaking and entering. He is accused of breaking into the Antique Mall on Nov. 12, 2013; July 20, 2013 and Oct. 24, 2012.
Hartley was sentenced to 24 months in prison and to make restitution within six months of his release from prison.

Robert Whittenberger, Leetonia, vs. Brent Rupert, Columbiana, excess of $48,000 plus interest sought for alleged debt owed.

Capital One Bank vs. William J. McGraw, East Liverpool, $1,360 plus interest sought for alleged debt owed.
