Richard A. Faloba, 44, Trinity Church Road, Lisbon, was sentenced in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to 12 months in prison and had his license suspended for 12 months for possession of drugs. Faloba on Sept 23, 2012 had more than 11 pounds but less than 20 pounds of marijuana in bags in his basement and individually packaged gallon size plastic bags in a bedroom.
Christopher P. Jennings Jr., 20, West Middletown Road, Salem, was placed on five years probation and ordered to serve an indefinite term at the Eastern Ohio Correction Center for possession of drugs (methylone).
