Columbiana County Grand Jury Reports for 11-30
Anthony J. Dangelo, 26, Walnut Ridge, Salineville, was bound over to the county grand jury on a charge of breaking and entering after waiving his right to a preliminary hearing in Columbiana County Municipal Court on Tuesday.
Bond was reduced from $25,000 cash or surety to $10,000 cash or surety. He was also ordered to have no further contact with Jim Brammer. Dangelo is accused of taking three commercial grade radiators from Brammer’s unattached garage at his Monroeville Road, Salineville, home without permission and scrapping them at A and S Salvage for $300.
A related theft charge was dismissed so it can be presented directly to the grand jury.
William D. Sherrill, 27, Lisbon Street, Columbiana, was served secret indictments for theft and misuse of credit cards, both fifth-degree felonies. On Oct. 4, Sherrill reportedly used a Master Card belonging to an elderly person, Betty Sherrill.
Richard E. Dinger II, 48, Kensington Road, Augusta, was charged with possession of drugs for allegedly having marijuana in excess of 1,000 grams and less than 5,000 grams. The charge is a third-degree felony.
Joseph M. Smith, 27, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was charged with two counts of possession of drugs for allegedly having both heroin and Fentanyl in his possession on Aug. 11.
James K. Colian Jr., 26, West Pershing Street, Salem, was charged with two counts of possession of drugs for allegedly having both heroin and methamphetamine in his possession on Sept. 18.
Kacey A. Farmer, was charged with two counts of trafficking in drugs for allegedly selling or attempting to sell Oxycodone on both July 26 and July 31 in 2012.
The indictments were issued by the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury in November.
