Columbiana County Municipal Court for 7-27
A woman accused of making repeated unwanted phone calls to her former attorney appeared in Columbiana County Municipal Court on Friday.
Nicole Graef, 26, Rauch Road, East Palestine, was bound over to the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury on a felony charge of telephone harassment. Graef is accused of leaving 12 voicemail messages on a Connie Witt’s office phone on July 16 and July 17, after she was notified to stop. Additionally, a civil protection order was filed in common pleas court on July 18 to prevent Graef from stalking Witt.
Bond was set at $25,000 personal recognicance with specific orders she not be found in the City of Columbiana and must obey what has been spelled out in the civil protection order.
Jeremy A. Bender, 35, East Perry Street, Salem, was fined $200 and credited with 120 days served while sentenced to an additional 60 days in jail for domestic violence and assault. According to court documents, Bender injured his son on Feb. 23 and assaulted Van Kridler, a jail nursing supervisor at the county jail, on March 20.
William M. Alesi III, 29, last known address Liberty Street, Salem, was fined $200 and credited with five days in jail while sentenced to an additional 85 days for criminal trespassing and criminal damaging for vandalizing several apartments at Salem Acres, Prospect Street, Salem on Tuesday while he was highly intoxicated. He reportedly was also found sleeping on one of the front porches in the complex and refused to leave on June 1.
Matthew Faulkner, 21, state Route 14, East Palestine, was fined $250 and credited with three days served while sentenced to an additional 57 for theft for taking a vehicle on a test drive along with his brother and not returning. A restitution hearing was set for Sept. 26.
Joseph McIntosh, 25, Georgetown Road, Homeworth, was fined $80 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension and speeding.
An Aug. 1 pretrial was set for Freddie L. Levenhagen, 45, Rose Avenue, Lisbon, cited with disorderly conduct for allegedly repeatedly causing a disturbance in a field off Rose Avenue Thursday night.
An Aug. 1 pretrial was set for Danielle N. Stanley, 24, New Garden Avenue, Salem, cited with possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia for allegedly having a loaded heroin syringe and two spoons with residue on them on Thursday.
An Aug. 8 pretrial was set for Ryan S. Yoder, 20, Whitacre Avenue, Minerva, cited with lane violations.
An Aug. 13 pretrial was set for Brian M. Crawford, 26, Salem Unity Road, Salem, cited with a stop sign violation.
An Aug. 20 pretrial was set for Franklin C. Skelton, 50, Canton, cited with driving under suspension, stop sign violation and a child restraint violation.
An Aug. 26 pretrial was set for Jennifer L. Allison, 38, state Route 45, Salem, cited with no license and a stop sign violation.
An Aug. 27 pretrial was set for Dirk Weston, 50, state Route 164, Lisbon, cited with OVI second offense, driving under suspension and failure to control.
An Aug. 27 pretrial was set for Lorraine A. Utter, 32, East State Street, Salem, cited with driving under FRA suspension and failure to display a valid sticker.
An Aug. 27 pretrial was set for Glen L. McMillin Jr., 34, state Route 7, Rogers, cited with possession of a drug abuse instrument (two syringes), OVI second offense and stop sign violation.
An Aug. 27 pretrial was set for Raymond E. Callehan, 46, West Main Street, Salineville, cited with driving under FRA suspension.
A Sept. 5 pretrial was set for Joshua S. Best, 32, Sharp Avenue, Salem, cited with driving under FRA suspension and failure to display a valid sticker.
