Officers were called to the Corner Tavern on West Sixth Street, where they reported finding Peggy S. Yeager, no age or address listed, on the floor. She reported being assaulted by a woman who smacked her head against the wall several times. She was transported to the hospital by Tri-County ambulance.
Mark A. Mills, 32, no address listed, reported being assaulted by someone known to him after being told Mills no longer wanted the person living with him. He was advised to speak with the law director if he wishes to file charges.
Autumn Mays, address not listed, reported her wallet containing $800 and miscellaneous documents stolen from her car on Michigan Street.
Sarah R. Thompson, Ohio Avenue, reported a man she knows drove down the street at a high rate of speed and stopped abruptly, yelling at her children about throwing snowballs.
Officers were called to Lisbon Street for a man having locked his wife out of the house. Officers advised them they needed to resolve their differences more professionally and to contact their attorney.
A man came to the police station, concerned with his daughter’s safety while she is at her mother’s in Pennsylvania. He was referred to Children’s Services.
Mary E. Doucet, 28, address not listed, reported Russell Felger assaulted her, injuring her ribs and forehead. Officers removed her from the home and served a criminal trespass warning to Felger. Doucet was advised to contact the law director about filing charges. The report included no age or address for Felger.
Anita Lovett, McKinnon Avenue, reported a van parking in front of her home with the driver, a woman she knows, harassing her.
Kimberly D. Pearson, no address listed, reported receiving threatening texts from a woman she knows. She was advised to contact the law director about filing charges.
Kelly S. Lozier, 50, New Cumberland, stopped for a stop sign on Fourth Street and began to turn right when her vehicle struck another driven by Leanna M. Freeman, 22, Rayland, who had stopped for a stop sign then started forward. No charges were filed.
A southbound vehicle driven by Shannon L. Fickle, 20, Oakwood Street and a northbound vehicle driven by Michaela G. Amato, 16, Foulk Avenue, collided on Dresden Avenue Saturday. Each blamed the other for the accident, and officers reported that, due to heavy snowfall, tire tracks were covered so they were unable to determine who was driving left of center. No charges were filed.
Terry A. Arnold, 75, Dunn Road, was transported to East Liverpool City Hospital by Lifeteam ambulance Saturday afternoon following a crash on St. Clair Avenue. According to reports, Arnold’s vehicle was northbound when it went left of center across the southbound lane, striking a large pine tree and extensively damaging a retaining wall.
