In Municipal Court Wednesday, Danielle L. Grodhaus, 35, state Route 39, Wellsville, had an OVI charge amended by acting Judge Timothy Brookes to reckless operation. She was fined $250, sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, and placed on probation two years. She was fined $30 for a marked lanes violation.
A failure to control charge against Michael A. Catalano, 20, Dairy Lane, was amended to unsafe vehicle, for which he was fined $100.
A driving under suspension charge against Michael D. Johnson, 20, Tague Street, was amended to no operator’s license, for which he was fined $100. He
was fined $30 for speeding.
A charge of failure to file income tax returns was dismissed against Doris Davis, 56, Ohio Avenue.
Ricky H. Davis, 55, Ohio Avenue, was fined $50 for failure to file income tax returns.
Jon J. Sczruba, 32, Steubenville, was fined $50 for speeding.
Angeline M. Carter, 35, West Fourth Street, was fined $30 for slow speed/impeding traffic.
Jessica L. Roach, 37, Commerce Street, Wellsville, was fined $40 for speeding, with a driving under suspension charge dismissed.
A preliminary hearing was set March 20 for Chase H. Williams, 23, Eells Street, Rogers, on a charge of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle. A pretrial was scheduled the same day on charges of failure to inform a law officer of a concealed carry permit, OVI and failure to control.
Pretrials were scheduled for Marcus A. Ford, 18, Rigby Street, charged with criminal mischief, March 7; DaNeil U. Prentice, 21, Wedgewood Street, driving under suspension, third offense, and obstructing official business, March 12; and Willie L. Curry, 27, Y&O Road, leaving the scene of an accident and driving under suspension, March 28.
