In Municipal Court Tuesday, Wesley E. VanDyke, 28, Campground Road, Wellsville, was fined $250, sentenced to 30 days, 27 suspended, had his license suspended 180 days and was placed on probation two years for physical control under the influence, amended from OVI. He was fined $30, each for speeding and no seat belt.
Two housing code violations were dismissed against Stephen S. Lee, 42, Lyman Drive, who was assessed court costs only.
Kayla M. Mrosko, 22, Lorain, was fined $200, sentenced to 90 days, 80 suspended, and placed on probation two years for prohibitions concerning companion animals. She also agreed to forfeit the three dogs seized by the county dog warden. For driving under suspension, she was fined $150 and for left of center, $30.
Christopher A. Dorsey, 32, Erie Street, was fined $75 for driving under suspension.
Jeremy M. Drysdale, 19, Main Street, Wellsville, was fined $65 for failure to control.
Russell W. Kindred, 53, Cream Ridge Road, Lisbon, was fined $125 for no operator’s license.
Cody A. Lawson, 20, Baum Street, was fined $75 for driving under suspension and $30 for no seat belt.
Shannon M. Pearson, 31, Bank Street, was fined $75 for driving under suspension, third offense, while an expired plates charge was dismissed.
A driving under suspension charge was dismissed against Miranda L. Smith, 34, Lang Street.
A driving under suspension charge was dismissed against Serena K. Anderson, 27, Lincoln Avenue.
Davon M. Whitson, 22, East Sixth Street, was fined $150 for driving under suspension, with a tail light charge dismissed.
Balon C. Cloud, 25, Columbus, was fined $150 and had his license suspended 180 days for possession of marijuana. He was fined $150 for driving under suspension.
Jessica L. Roach, 37, Commerce Street, Wellsville, was fined $40 for speeding, with a second arraignment set Feb. 27 on a driving under suspension charge.
A second pretrial was scheduled march 20 for Justin Randolph, 19, DeSellem Road, Lisbon, charged with theft, leaving the scene and failure to yield.
A preliminary hearing was scheduled Feb. 27 for Chase H. Williams, 23, Eells Street, Rogers, charged with improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle. A second arraignment was set the same day on charges of failure to inform an officer of a carrying a concealed weapon permit, OVI and failure to control.
Pretrials were scheduled for Michael G. Post, 60, Palissey Street, charged with failure to file city income tax, March 13; David E. Curran Jr., 35, Orchard Grove, leaving the scene and failure to control, March 28; and David J. Nonamaker, 35, Lisbon Street, disorderly conduct/intoxication, March 19.
A trial was scheduled March 12 for Troy A.T. Robinson, 21, Aten Avenue Extension, Wellsville, charged with possession of marijuana and unsafe vehicle. He pleaded guilty to a marked lanes charge and was fined $40.
